Polstersitz.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Polstersitz, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass eine Luftzirkulation durch den Sitz hindurch möglich ist.
Zu diesem Zwecke ist sowohl die Unterlage des Sitzes, wie auch der Überzug durchbrochen gestaltet worden, so dass die Luft durch die Durchbrechungen in das Polstermaterial eintreten kann. Als Füllmaterial verwendet man zweckmässig Kunstseide und Rosshaar, da diese Stoffe eine gut durchlässige Füllung ergeben. Wenn die Ventilations- öffnungen nur in der Mitte des Polsters angebracht werden, so kann man die Füllung auch aus einem mittleren, gut durchlässigen und einem äusseren, weniger durchlässigen Teil bilden. Zweckmässig versieht man den Überzug mit einer Anzahl kleiner Öffnungen, so dass der Sitz bequem ist und ein gutes Aussehen hat ; im Deckel dagegen kann man grössere Öffnungen vorsehen.
Bei der beschriebenen Anordnung ergibt sich eine vorzügliche Ventilation. weil infolge der Durchlässigkeit der Füllung der Querschnitt des Luftwege ein sehr grosser und der Widerstand dementsprechend gering ist.
Das Polstermaterial wird zweckmässig in durchlässigen Stoff eingenäht und der ganze Sitz zu einem selbständigen Ganzen zusammengefügt, so dass er unmontiert verschickt werden kann.
