Abstract

Eine Pulvermetallzusammensetzung, die ein Pulvermetallmaterial bereitstellt, das 5 verdichtet, gesintert und wärmebehandelt mit einer Aluminium-Knetlegierung 6063 vergleichbar ist. Die Pulvermetallzusammensetzung besteht im Wesentli- chen aus einem Aluminiumpulver ohne vorlegierte Legierungszusätze, einem Aluminium-Silizium-Pulvermetall, einem elementaren Magnesiumpulvermetall, insbesondere einem elementaren Zinnpulvermetall und optional einem Keramik- 10 zusatz (der bei der Berechnung der Gewichtsprozente der Legierungselemente unberücksichtigt bleibt). Der prozentuale Anteil von Silizium an der Metallpulver- zusammensetzung liegt im Bereich von 0,2 bis 0,6 Gew.-%, der von Magnesium im Bereich von 0,5 bis 0,9 Gew.-% und der von Zinn im Bereich von 0,0 bis 1,0 Gew.-%. Dieses Metallpulver ist verdichtbar, um einen Grünling zu bilden, der 15 weiter sinterbar und wärmebehandelbar ist, um eine Pulvermetallzusammenset- zung bereitzustellen, die mit einer Aluminium-Knetlegierung 6063 vergleichbar ist und eine außergewöhnliche Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufweist.
