Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Mittel- oder Hochspannungsumrichter (2), vorzugsweise einen Modularen Multilevel Umrichter, sowie eine Leistungsbaugruppe (1) welche zumindest eine Leistungshalbleiterbaugruppe (4), zumindest eine Energiespeicherbaugruppe (5), zumindest eine Kühlvorrichtung (6) umfasst und wobei die Kühlvorrichtung (6) als, von einem Kühlmittel durchströmbare, insbesondere einer Kühlflüssigkeit durchfließbare, Kühlplatte (7) ausgebildet ist, welche eine verglichen zu einer Kühlplattenlänge (8) und einer Kühlplattenhöhe (9) geringere Kühlplattendicke (10) aufweist und die Kühlplatte (7) zum Lastabtrag der Leistungsbaugruppe (1) auf ein Gestell (3) des Mittel- oder Hochspannungsumrichters (2) zumindest einen, durch die Kühlplattenlänge (8) und Kühlplattendicke (10) und/oder einem Teil der Kühlplattenhöhe (9) der Kühlplatte (7) definierten, Stützbereich (12) aufweist.
