Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung sind Einrichtungen, um namentlich bei kontinuierlicher Destillation eine tunlichst weitgehende Abscheidung (Abdestillation) jener Teile des Destillier- materials zu bewirken, deren Siedepunkt unter der in jener Blase einzuhaltenden Temperatur liegt, d. h. also ein Mitwandern solcher Teile mit dem Rückstande in die nächste Destillier- blase, bzw. zu dessen nächster Verarbeitungsstelle zu verhindern. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist nun z. B. in der österr. Patentschrift Nr. 32906 beschrieben. aber bei dieser Einrichtung wird das Destilliergut nur über eine einzige Rinne, welche durch die Destillatdämpfe und durch den Inhalt der Destillierblase beheizt wird. geleitet.
Bei den den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildenden Einrichtungen hingegen, fliesst das Destilliergut ehe es die Blase verlässt in eine oben offene, von den Destillatdämpfcn erfüllte und in das Destilliergut eintauchende Einlage, in welcher es, indem es über mehrere übereinander angeordnete, von den Destillationsgasen beheizte Rinnen in dunner Schicht geleitet wird und auf diese Weise einen Weg, der drei-bis viermal so lang ist

Statt der oben offenen Einlage könnte auch eine vollständig geschlossene zur Verwendung gelangen, von deren oberen Deckel Dampfkommunikationsrohre bis hoch in den Dampfraum der Blase geführt sind. Damit die Einlage während des Betriebes sich nicht mit Rückstand vollfüllt, ist das in der Ablallfleitung vorgesehene Absperrorgan soweit offen zu halten, dass dem Rückstand für den Ablauf stets ein grösserer Querschnitt als für den Eintritt in die Einrichtung zur Verfügung steht.

Einrichtung zur Nachdestillation von Flüssigkeiten durch Überleiten derselben über Rinnen, welche von dem umgebenden Destilliergut und den Destillatdämpfen beheizt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Rinnen übereinander in einer oben offenen, mit dem Rande über dem höchsten, in der Blase vorkommenden Flüssigkeitsspiegel liegenden, von dem Destilliergut umgebenen Einlage angeordnet sind.
