The invention relates to a device for stacking cut-to-length firewood on oven-ready pieces with subsequent loading.

PRIOR ART A generic saw frame is described in DE 103 15 529 A1.

To saw large amounts of firewood in a time-saving batch, the chain saw is guided into a very fixed guide. The well-known disadvantages in practice are the slump of wood that collapses during cutting, which sometimes causes the chain saw to become jammed and can only be laboriously restarted. If, on the other hand, the chainsaw is only given the length of the firewood through the cutting slots, it moves with the slumping wood. Due to the professional experience of chain saw operators, a very precise cut is achieved.

Another generic saw frame is also described in DE 202009009046 U1. This saw frame is also mobile, on wheels, and suitable for getting through doors. A solution that is more tailored for a household.

The time required for an economical solution for a forestry operation is too great, or some of these saw frames would have to be used for transport to an end customer, which is probably unprofitable. Furthermore, the resulting sawdust remains in the saw frame, which causes considerable dirt inside the house when unloading.

A highly technical solution for lifting devices is described in AT 517011 A2 / 2016.

This is technically very complex and therefore expensive to buy and maintain. This means that profitability can only be achieved with large amounts of firewood and questioned for the production of rural firewood. However, when including existing equipment such as a chain saw and standard tractors with front loaders, the total costs are significantly reduced.

In all the above variants, the resulting sawdust is not separated from the wood, which means that another device is required to obtain clean finished firewood. Which increases the cost and effort for the entire process.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective device which incorporates the cutting means which are usually already present in agricultural and forestry operations, such as chainsaws and lifting devices such as tractors with front loaders or forklifts, so that large quantities of oven-ready firewood can be produced quickly and can then be loaded straight away, which is achieved through an openable floor.

This is achieved according to the invention with the device described in claim 1.

Further objects of the invention are the finished firewood of sawdust, bark and small pieces of wood is cleaned.

This is achieved according to the invention with the subclaims of the device described.

EMBODIMENT The device according to the invention has a coupling area for attachment to lifting devices. This is preferably designed for agricultural and forestry operations. [0014] The side walls of the wood cutting room are provided with cutting slots. In the intervals as the finished lengths of firewood should be. In order to have as little sawdust in the finished load, the device is designed so that these chips fall off beforehand as possible. The floor is specially designed finger-like. Where the cutting slots are in the side walls, the floor is kept free so that the sawdust immediately fall through. Where there is no cutting slot on the side walls, there are preferably woods that form the floor.

In order to completely clean the finished firewood from sawdust, bark and wood residues, the device is built as a closed mesh box, a mesh size of 2cm by 2cm to 5cm by 5cm is considered useful. Whereby the volume of the box has to be chosen a little larger than the amount of wood needed for space. Lattice doors must be provided in the area where filling takes place. For example, at the front for dog filling or at the top for filling by crane, this can optionally be opened hydraulically or electrically. The coupling area is flanged to the device with a rotator (hydraulic, ...), which means that the device can be rotated with the finished cut firewood like a huge washing machine. All unwanted parts fall through the grid.

The openable floor is preferably foldable (other options are e.g. to be able to be moved laterally or to be foldable) and thus enables the entire contents of the wood cutting room to be loaded quickly. When mounted on a tractor front loader, forklift or the like, a tractor tipper or truck can also be loaded directly. The folding floor is preferably operated hydraulically, since the necessary connections are available on most agricultural machines. The operation can of course also be done differently, e.g. pneumatic or electric.

For the possible direct filling of e.g. Big bag or other transport containers are provided with hooks or screw connections on the underside. Which can optionally also be operated hydraulically so that the transport containers do not have to be removed by hand.

Figure 2 shows the side wall 10 with the cutting slots 11.
