  Verfahren zur Erhöhung der Wetterbeständigkeit von mit Sulfit-Zellstoffablaugen als
Bindemittel hergestellten Körpern. 



   Die vorliegende Erfindung hat die Herstellung von festen, wetterbeständigen Körpern aus Kohle und anderen kleinstückigen Brennstoffen jeder Art oder aus Feinerzen, Gichtstaub und dgl. oder aus einer Mischung von Kohle usw. und Feineren usw. mittels der Kocherablallgen der Sulfit-Zellulose-Darstellung zum Gegenstand. Die einfache Verwendung der Kocherablauge der Sulfit-Zellulose-Darstellung zur Bindung genannter Stoffe ist bereits bekannt, jedoch sind derart hergestellte Agglomerate nicht wetterbeständig. 



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man vollkommen wetterbeständige Körper mittels des oben erwähnten Bindemittels, gleichgiltig in welcher Konzentration man es verwendet, herstellen kann, indem man der Ablauge möglichst unmittelbar vor dem Mischen mit dem zu   brikettierenden Stoff Chromverbindungen zusetzt.   In Betracht kommen z. B. Chromsäure. die   löslichen   Chromate,   Bichromate   usw. 



   Durch diesen Zusatz tritt nach einer gewissen Zeit ein   Unlöslichwerden   der vorher flüssigen bzw. wasserlöslichen Lauge ein, so dass die mittels einer   derartig präparierten Sulfit-   lauge als Bindemittel hergestellten Körper wetterbeständig werden. 



   Die Zeit, innerhalb welcher das Unlöslichwerden der Lauge und damit   der Körper   eintritt,   hangt   von der   Grosse und   Natur des Zusatzes der   Chromverl) indung ab.

   The present invention relates to the production of solid, weather-resistant bodies from coal and other small-sized fuels of any kind or from fine ores, gout dust and the like. The simple use of the digester waste liquor from the sulfite-cellulose preparation to bind the substances mentioned is already known, but agglomerates produced in this way are not weather-resistant.



   It has now been found that completely weather-resistant bodies can be produced by means of the abovementioned binder, regardless of the concentration in which it is used, by adding chromium compounds to the waste liquor as soon as possible before mixing it with the substance to be briquetted. Consider z. B. Chromic Acid. the soluble chromates, bichromates, etc.



   As a result of this addition, the previously liquid or water-soluble lye becomes insoluble after a certain time, so that the bodies produced using a sulphite lye prepared in this way as a binding agent become weather-resistant.



   The time within which the lye becomes insoluble, and with it the body, depends on the size and nature of the addition of the chromium coating.
