Abstract
Lässt man Wasser durch einen Schlauch abfließen, wobei das Wasser mit der Schlauch-Innenwand allseits in Kontakt ist, so wird das Wasser unten den Schlauch mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit verlassen. Ermöglicht man nun - bei gleicher Fallhöhe- das Abfließen durch eine oben offene Rinne, so ist die Ausflussgeschwindigkeit unten höher als beim "Schlauch Wasser". Das Fließen wird in Schläuchen bzw. Rohren etwas gehemmt. Entscheidend für die Energiegewinnung ist die Geschwindigkeit, mit der das Wasser auf die Turbine auftrifft. Nun wird vorgeschlagen, Kraftwerks-Zuleitungsrohre nicht zur Gänze mit Wasser zu füllen und auf der Oberseite Öffnungen zur Lüftung anzubringen. Da der Querschnitt des Wassers von der Fließgeschwindigkeit abhängt, wird man das Rohr so dimensionieren, dass es ganz oben am breitesten ist und nach unten hin kontinuierlich schmäler wird.
