Abstract
Vorrichtung (100) zum Ermitteln einer Partikelgröße und/oder Partikelform von Partikeln in einer Probe, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) eine elektromagnetische Strahlungsquelle (102) zum Erzeugen von elektromagnetischer Primärstrahlung (108), einen elektromagnetischen Strahlungsdetektor (104) zum Detektieren von elektromagnetischer Sekundärstrahlung (110), die durch Wechselwirkung der elektromagnetischen Primärstrahlung (108) mit der Probe erzeugt wird, und eine Ermittlungseinrichtung (106) aufweist, die zum Ermitteln der Partikelgröße und/oder Partikelform basierend auf der detektierten elektromagnetischen Sekundärstrahlung (110) eingerichtet ist, wobei die Ermittlungseinrichtung (106) ausgebildet ist, die Partikelgröße und/oder Partikelform selektiv erstens (112) mittels einer Identifizierung und Größenbestimmung und/oder Formbestimmung der Partikel auf einem aus der elektromagnetischen Sekundärstrahlung (110) generierten Detektorbild zu ermitteln, und/oder die Partikelgröße und/oder Partikelform zweitens (114) aus zeitlichen Veränderungen der elektromagnetischen Sekundärstrahlung (110) zwischen zu unterschiedlichen Detektionszeitpunkten generierten Detektorbildern zu ermitteln.
