Bodenplatte wieder entfernen wollte.

Method for manufacturing grease-proof paper containers by pressing in a bottom
Cardboard or the like in a conical paper sleeve.
The present invention relates to a method for producing grease-proof paper containers by pressing a base made of cardboard or the like. Into a conical paper tube, which differs from the previously known method of this type essentially in that the cardboard or the like made of a flat piece of correspondingly thick cardboard. The existing base plate is pressed so deeply into the conical sleeve supported by a smooth-walled die by means of a punch that the edges of the plate are compressed and when the sleeve is removed from the die, a groove that seals the base is created by springing back in the sleeve.
A device is now used to carry out this method, as is illustrated in a vertical section in FIG. 1, and the end product is a paper container as is found, for example, in FIG.
The ice gel-shaped sleeve a made of greaseproof paper that is used is inserted into a die b according to the new method. Thereupon the base plate d, which can consist of a flat piece of strong cardboard, wood, sheet metal or other suitable material, is pressed into that sleeve by means of a punch c from a conical collar corresponding to the sleeve shape, so that the edges of the base plate are compressed, so that when the sleeve a is pulled out of the die b by a corresponding springing back of the base plate in the sleeve, a groove 10 sealing the base is created.
The edge of the paper tube protruding from the groove is then expediently glued over the base plate, but, as can be seen in FIG. 2, a reinforcing ring e can also be used at the same time as the base plate d, which is then held securely due to the taper of the paper tube and serves as a support for the base plate when the container is set up, so that damage to the base plate or the adjacent parts of the sleeve is effectively prevented.
The new method differs from the known methods of the same type above all in that it only requires a one-piece die b, while two-piece dies were used in the devices for the older processes, since the die halves themselves have corresponding ones Grooves for the
