Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Bearbeitungsanlage (1) von Werkstücken (P), wie Holzplatten, Kunststoffen, Metallen und ähnlichem, umfassend einen Aufnahmerahmen (13), ein Förderband (15) für die Beförderung von solchen zu bearbeitenden Werkstücken (P), und mindestens eine Schleifeinheit (U) des besagten zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (P), wobei die besagte Anlage (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die besagte mindestens eine Schleifeinheit (U) innerhalb des besagten Aufnahmerahmens (13) angeordnet ist, und dass die besagte Schleifeinheit (U) mindestens eine Schleifgruppe (3), Erfassungsmittel (4) der Position auf dem besagten Förderband (15) und der Gestalt des Profils des besagten zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (P), Aktormittel (5) für die Handhabung der besagten mindestens einen Schleifgruppe (3) mit Bezug auf das besagte zu bearbeitende Werkstück (P), und eine mit den besagten Erfassungsmitteln (4) und Aktormitteln (5) verbundene logische Kontrolleinheit, umfasst, wobei die besagte logische Kontrolleinheit die Position und die Gestalt des Profils des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (P) durch die besagten Erfassungsmittel (4) erfasst, und die besagte mindestens eine Schleifgruppe (3) durch die besagten Aktormittel (5) fürs Schleifen des besagten zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes (P) anordnet.
