Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine zweiteilige Tube, deren beide Teile nach Art von Zylinder und Kolben achsial gegeneinander verschiebbar sind, wobei die zwischen beiden Teilen befindliche Masse durch den hohlen Kolben herausgepresst wird.
Das wesentliche Merkmal der Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass die Ausflussöffnung im Kolben sowie die Unterseite des letzteren mit einem Futter aus Glas oder einem anderen, vom Tubeninhalt nicht angreifbaren Material ausgekleidet ist, so dass der Kolben selbst aus sinew material von möglichst geringem Gewicht hergestellt werden kann, damit er beim Hinstellen der Tube durch sein Eigengewicht nichts von dem Tubeninhalt herausdrucken kann.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise veranschaulicht, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch die Tube, Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht.
Der Tubenkörpor a besitzt vorzugsweise runden Querschnitt und kann aus beliebigem Material, z. B. Glas, Zelluloid, Pappe oder dgl., hergestellt sein, entsprechend dem Inhalt, für welchen er bestimmt ist. In den Tubenkörper passt nun genau der Kolben b, der aus einem leichten Material, z. B. Holz oder dgl., hergestellt ist und eine Ausflussöffnung besitzt, die ebenso wie seine Unterseite durch ein Futter aus Glas oder einem anderen, vom Tubeninhalt nicht angreifbaren Material ausgekleidet ist. Der Kolben besitzt an seiner Oberseite einen vortretenden Rand f zur Begrenzung seiner Abwärtsbewegung, der ausserdem genau mit dem äusseren Umfang des Tubenkörpers a abschneidet, um eine die lotztere umfassende Führungshülse 9 aufbringen zu können.
Der Mündungsansatz des Kolbens ist mit Gewinde zum Aufbringen einer Verschlusskappe e ausgestattet. Nach Lösen der Verschlusskappe bedarf es zur Erlangung des Tubeninhaltes nur eines entsprechenden niederdrücken des Kolbens b bzw. Hineinpressens in den Tubenkörper a. Es steigt dann der Inhalt innerhalb des Glasrohres c durch die Spitze d hoch und kann von seiner Mündung abgenommen worden. Nach vollständigem Verbrauch des Tubeninhaltes lässt sich der Kolben leicht aus dem Tubenkörper entfernen, worauf der letztere neu gefüllt werden kann.
Die vorliegende Tube kann ohneweiters hingestollt werden, da zufolge des schützenden
Futters c der Kolben b aus beliebigem. sehr leichtem Material gefertigt werden kann und daher unter seinem Eigengewicht ein selbsttätiges Auspressen des Tubeninhaltes nus- geschlossen st.
