The present invention relates to a foldable cup-shaped vessel, comprising a bottom wall and a first circumferential side wall, wherein the first side wall is connected with its bottom to the bottom wall and forms an interior for receiving a content of different consistency together with the bottom wall, and that the front-side upper side of the first side wall limits the inlet opening for the interior, and that the first side wall has at least two parallel circumferential and spaced-apart bending zones for folding the first side wall.
Foldable vessels with a foldable side wall are well known. So z. B. from FR 1124843 a foldable bucket known, the side wall has a plurality of parallel circumferential and spaced-apart kinks. This bucket has a small footprint and a large entrance opening at the top.
A corresponding kitchen vessel is known from JP 9-150833, wherein the side wall has two parallel circumferential bending areas. By folding the volume of the above-described vessels can be reduced, so that it occupies less storage space.
[0004] Weitere ähnliche Gefäße sind aus der DE 29717900 U1, DE 602004010045 T2, EP 326685, EP 544834, EP 1544118, US 3220544, US 20050127073, US 20050127074, US 20070251874, US D522809, US D582101, WO 92004236 sowie WO 2007127142 bekannt.Further similar vessels are known from DE 29717900 U1, DE 602004010045 T2, EP 326685, EP 544834, EP 1544118, US 3220544, US 20050127073, US 20050127074, US 20070251874, US D522809, US D582101, WO 92004236 and WO 2007127142 ,
A disadvantage of all these vessels is that they have a small footprint in relation to the upper opening and thus only a lower stability.
The object of the present invention is to develop a corresponding generic vessel so that it receives a high stability and greater stability.
This object is achieved with a vessel having the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments result from the features of the subclaims.
The invention is based on the idea to provide an additional foldable side wall, which is arranged at an angle to the interior limiting side wall and increases the footprint of the vessel relative to a vessel with only one side wall at the same time large upper opening. So that this outer side wall is also foldable, it has, like the first side wall, which forms the inner wall, circumferential bending zones, which are also formed parallel to each other. The vessel according to the invention must each have at least two mutually spaced bending zones in its two side walls, so that they are foldable. In a particularly simple and advantageous embodiment exactly two circumferential bending zones per side wall are provided. A better ratio of the total height of the unfolded or unfolded vessel to the height of the collapsed vessel results when more than two parallel bending zones per side wall are provided, since then the distances between the adjacent bending zones per side wall can be reduced.
Advantageously, the bending zones are formed by thin-walled regions which extend around the circumference of the vessel in each case.
In the simplest case, the entire vessel is formed of a relatively stiff but still walkable or foldable material wherein the bending zones are formed by thin-walled wall areas. The bending zones can in particular also be formed by one-sided or bilateral notches in the material, whereby the thin-walled areas arise.
In a further embodiment of the vessel according to the invention this is made of two materials, the bottom wall of a stiff or solid material as possible is formed. The bending zones and the intermediate wall region of the two side walls is formed from flexible, in particular walkable, material. Connected, the two side walls in this embodiment by means of a connecting part, which forms the boundary for the upper inlet opening of the vessel. The footprint is used alone or inter alia by the lower wall portion of the outer, i. second side wall formed. This wall portion may be made of the material as well as the connecting part, which is used for the bottom wall and the first adjacent to the bottom wall wall portion of the first side wall is used. The walkable material can be molded to the remaining parts, such as the bottom wall and the connecting part, glued, welded or molded. The connecting part forms both the upper wall portion of the first side wall and the upper wall portion of the outer second side wall, wherein the side wall portions are arranged at an angle α to each other and the outer side wall protrudes outwardly at an angle. The larger the angle α, the larger the ratio of the diameter of the footprint to the diameter of the engagement opening of the vessel, whereby the vessel can be more difficult to tip over at a constant height. It is also possible that the bottom wall also serves as an additional footprint.
The footprint can be advantageously formed by a non-slip coating or have.
The distance between the bending zones of the second and outer side wall to each other should be greater than the distance of the bending zones of the inner wall to each other due to the greater radius of the outer side wall in the region of the bending zones relative to the radius of the inner wall, so that folding the vessel easily and with little power is possible. The upper tip of the cross-sectionally triangular connecting part forms the boundary of the inlet opening to the interior of the vessel. The connecting part may be formed in cross-section all solid or as a leg arrangement or angle profile. An angle profile is to be preferred due to the material and weight savings.
Advantageously, a lid can be provided for closing the vessel. Thus, the cover may be formed such that it can be fastened to the underside of the unfolded vessel, so that it can not be lost when the vessel is open or must be stored separately. At the same time it can be designed so that it seals the interior of the unfolded vessel. It can also be designed so that it additionally or only closes the folded vessel. For this purpose, the vessel lid and the vessel are to be designed accordingly, so that a secure closure of the vessel is ensured. Optionally, corresponding fastening and / or closure means may be provided on the vessel and / or on the lid.
If the vessel is sealingly closed even in the folded or folded state by means of the lid, e.g. Pet food in a folded container to save space and safely transported. If the animal is to be fed, only the lid must be removed and the animal can start to eat. For this purpose it is not absolutely necessary to unfold the vessel with food in it.
A possible embodiment of the vessel according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
The vessel 1 has a first side wall 2 on which, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a bottom wall 14 is connected. The bottom wall 14, together with the first side wall 2, which may be referred to as the inner wall of the vessel 1, the interior 16, the engagement opening is bounded by the edge 4. The first side wall 2 is formed by the wall sections 12b, 11 and 17. The wall portion 11 is made of a flexible, especially walkable, material and forms by the thin-walled peripheral areas 8, 9, the bending zones - which can also be referred to as buckling zones, so that the bottom 14 upwards to the connecting part 12, which the first inner Side wall connects to the second outer side wall, is hinged. The outer side wall 3 is formed by the wall portions 12a, 10 and 13, wherein the wall portion 10 forms the bending zones 6 and 7 with its thin-walled areas. The wall portion 10 may be made of the same material as the wall portion 11. The bottom wall 14 and the side wall portion 17 formed thereon, the connecting part 12 and the wall portion 13 are made of a more rigid or rigid material than the material of the wall portions 10 and 11, so that the vessel receives a high stability through these parts. However, it is also possible to manufacture these parts also from a flexible material.
At the lower end of the wall portion 13 in the region of the lower Stirnwan-training 5 of the outer side wall 3, a handle 19 is formed, with which the vessel 1 can be suspended on a hook or the like.
The cover 20 has an upper side 21, on which a circumferential projection 22 is integrally formed, which surrounds the circumferential projection 15 of the lower base 14 in the assembled state, as shown in Figure 2. The lid 20 has at its outer edge of its upper side 21 also has a groove 24 into which the lower end face 5 of the vessel 1 is clipped, so that the lid captive on the vessel 1 can be fastened. Through the lid 20, the vessel 1 receives additional stability.
The distance ai of the bending zones 8, 9 of the inner side wall 2 is smaller than the distance a2 of the bending zones 6, 7 of the outer side wall 3. This is necessary so that the vessel when folded, assumes a flat shape as possible. The individual wall sections 12a, 10, 13 are each to be formed as long as possible in each case. The same applies to the wall sections 12b, 11 and 17 of the inner side wall 2. The cover 23 has an undercut 23 which engages over the circumferential nose 7b of the vessel in the folded state (Figure 4a) and snaps, so that the lid captive with the vessel 1 is connectable. It is of course possible to design the cover 20 in such a way that, in the folded state of the vessel 1, it bears in a sealing manner against the connecting part 12 and / or the bending zone 9 and closes the interior 16.
The wall portions 10 and 11 and the wall portions 13, 17, 12a, 12b may have corresponding grooves 6a, 7a, 8a, 9a and corresponding circumferential projections or collar, so that there is a good connection between the parts. The parts can in particular be glued together, welded or molded together.
[0029] Die Figuren 4a und 4b zeigen einen perspektivischen Schnitt durch das Gefäß 1 in zusammengeklappten Zustand (Figur 4a) sowie in auseinandergeklappten Zustand (Figur 4b).Figures 4a and 4b show a perspective section through the vessel 1 in the folded state (Figure 4a) and in the unfolded state (Figure 4b).
3/9FIG. 5 shows the collapsed vessel with lid 20 arranged above it, which has three handles 26. If the cover 26 is placed on top of the collapsed vessel 1 and this closes (Figure 6), forms the end face 5 of the outer side wall 3, the footprint 5a of the vessel. 3.9
