Abstract

The device has a transparent base plate (P) for diagnostic analysis purposes. A particle filter plate (F) is attached to a piston pin (K) and oriented to an open end of a cylindrical hollow cover (H). A silicone rubber seal (D) seals amount of fluid compressed by the base plate and the cover in sterile manner. The cover is fitted on a cylindrical threaded cup (B) after filling fluid particle suspension into the cup with external thread, and is pressed into the cup by multiple rotary motion along thread processes. The motion is locked by the seal pressed on lower side of the cover.

Description

       

  Diagnostische Analysezwecke erfordern die Manipulation von nicht sterilen Körperflüssigkeiten. Eine in Kunststoff realisierbare aus zwei Teilen bestehende Vorrichtung vereinfacht mehrere Arbeitsschritte zur Trennung von Zellen bzw. Sedimenten aus der Flüssigphase. Eine zylindrischer Hohldeckel H mit Innengewinde samt Kolbendorn K trägt eine Filterplatte F ( s. Skizze 1 ). Nach Einfüllen der flüssigen Partikelsuspension in den Becher B mit Aussengewinde wird der Hohldeckel H auf Becher B aufgesetzt und durch mehrfache Drehbewegung entlang des Gewindeverlaufes in den Becher gepresst. Mit dem Hohldeckel gleitet auch der Kolbendorn K mit der Filterplatte in das Innere des Bechers. Vorhandene Partikel werden durch einen Filter hin zur transparenten Bodenplatte P gesammelt während die Flüssigkeit durch die Filterplatte gepresst wird und sich oberhalb der Platte sammelt.

   Die Drehbewegung wird durch eine auf der Unterseite des Hohldeckels eingepresste Silikongummidichtung D abgeschlossen. Damit ist der Behälter dicht und erlaubt die sterile Weiterverwendung für Zähl- und Analysezwecke.

  Diagnostic analysis requires the manipulation of non-sterile body fluids. With the hollow lid and the Kolbendorn K slides with the filter plate in the interior of the cup. Existing particles are collected through a filter towards the transparent bottom plate P as the liquid is forced through the filter plate and collects above the plate.

   The rotational movement is completed by a pressed-in on the underside of the hollow lid silicone rubber seal D. Thus, the container is sealed and allows the sterile re-use for counting and analysis purposes.
