Abstract

The invention relates to a blood collection tube comprising a cylinder which can be introduced into the tube with its first end leading, said first end being closed by a wall that is impermeable for cells and permeable for serum, and which is designed to form a seal between the outer surface of the cylinder and the inner surface of the tube. At the second end, opposite the first end, the cylinder is accessible for collecting fluid, optionally provided with a pouring edge, or covered by a pierceable diaphragm.
