   Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die in ar, ich bekannter Weise frei in die Luft des zu trocknenden Raumes ausmündenden hohlen Gitterstäbe, sowie an der Abzugshaube selbst angebrachte, unten mit dem zu trocknenden Raum in Verbindung stehende Kanäle unterhalb des oberen Abschlusses der Haube ausmünden, zum Zwecke, den durch die hohlen Gitterstäbe und Kanäle eingesaugten Feuchtigkeitsgehalt der Luft als Dampf oder Schwaden unmittelbar in das   Abzugsrohr zu befördern.
