Description

 EMI1.1

 EMI1.1

The subject of the invention is a novel plasterboard, which has the purpose of creating and using stable, not sagging plaster ceilings for Woltrinme. Processes have already become known in which, in the vicinity of the pipe, brick or plasterboards provided with recesses are attached to the formwork and subsequently plastered by filling the cavities.

However, these ceilings have the disadvantage that, due to their great weight, which is increased particularly by cleaning out the cavities, they tend to sag, as a result of which the plaster mortar loosens and the ceiling becomes brittle and cracked.

The above-described disadvantages are avoided by the plasterboard which forms the subject of the invention. The same is distinguished from what has hitherto become known in this field in that it has longitudinal and recessed transverse webs on the upper side, which are designed in this way. that they on the one hand plastering and adhesion of the mortar after the plaster ceiling is attached to the joist layer. allow, on the other hand, guarantee absolute stability, combined with great lightness of construction.

In the drawing the plaster ceiling is illustrated, namely shows: F) g. I shows a plan view and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-B with the plaster applied. while Fig. 3 illustrates a section in the line CD without plaster, the plasterboard consists of a frame a, which is designed in a grid-like manner by several ribs b running in the longitudinal direction and by recessed transverse ribs c so that a completely flat surface on the plaster side remains, the whole being stiffened and made more resistant by wood or metal inserts.

The transverse ribs r, which end with the lower level of the boards, extend approximately halfway into this and, like the frame a and the longitudinal ribs b, are tapered upwards. This creates a latticework with upper longitudinal recesses e and lower openings j that widen upwards; into which the mortar g used for plastering only reaches a certain height, forming an adhesive button h that attaches directly to the plastered surface and creates an insoluble bond between the mortar and the plaster ceiling.

When using the gypsum ceiling board, as described above, the mortar only gets into the openings 1 as far as it is necessary for a firm connection, while the remaining part and the recesses in the ceiling remain free.

In this way, a light, yet stable, plasterboard ceiling is formed, which is stiffened in all parts and which meets all structural requirements.
