Device for the production of fillers for concrete ceilings.
The subject of the present invention is a device for producing an insert for concrete ceilings. which essentially consists of a parallelepiped-shaped bundle of long straw, rushes or brushwood, which is tied with twine or jaht loops, and in which several square or rectangular solid boards, arranged at certain distances from one another, are placed on edge in order to save material and reduce weight.
In Fig. 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings, a known filling body produced with the novel apparatus is shown in a view, a longitudinal section and a cross section. while Figs. 4 to 7 show the apparatus itself in longitudinal view, longitudinal section, plan view and cross-section. The per se known, shown in Fig. 1 to 3 packing, for the production of which the object of the invention is used, consist of a parallelepiped, tied by wire or string loops of long straw, rushes or brushwood, in which to save material and weight reduction, sturdy boards a are placed on edge at equal intervals.
The device used to produce these packing elements essentially consists of a channel. whose longitudinal wall d can be folded down and by a likewise foldable one
Support bracket f is held in a vertical position. On the frame of the channel there is a rail g that can swing in the plane of its symmetry and is provided on its underside with several equally spaced notches h, the clear width of which is the same as the cross-section of the boards that are to be used as an insert.
At the free-swinging end of this rail fy there is a run-on surface k ending in a detent i, which corresponds to a swingable pressure bracket m, which is also arranged on the channel frame, by means of which the rail, which is curved in a horizontal position, can be pushed downwards by a certain distance.
This facility is used in the following way; After the foldable longitudinal wall d has been placed vertically and fixed by swinging open the support bracket /. becomes

on the one hand and the edges of the boards on the other hand, the pressure bar m is released and the rail 9 is swiveled back upwards into the dotted position gl. The boards a remain in their position, because the clamping exerted by the laterally pressed-in material. is a significantly stronger one than that of the cuts h.
The upper now exposed edges of the boards a are now covered with a dense layer of the material and the wire loops z are then closed. In order to be able to remove the insert from the channel, the sschwingbar
