   Soll die Tourenzahl je nach der Garnnummer oder der Qualität des zu verarbeitenden Materials geändert werden,   dann muss   der Transformator durch ein Kurbelgetriebe oder dergleichen derart betätigt werden, dass die Grösse der schwingenden Bewegung bezw. der Winkelausschlag nach Bedarf eingestellt werden kann. In gleicher Weise kann der Transformator auch von einem anderen Organ betätigt werden, das synchron mit der Ringbank sich dreht oder mit dieser schwingt.
