Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnier, insbesondere für Möbel, mit zwei Ansch ! ag- teilen, die über mindestens eine Gelenkachse miteinander verbunden sind.
Es ist bekannt, bei Möbeltüren und Schubladen Dämpfervorrichtungen anzubringen, ein Zuschlagen der Möbeltüre bzw. der Schublade verhindern. In neuerer Zeit sind Dämpfe or- richtungen bekannt geworden, die einen sogenannten Rotationsdämpfer oder Drehkol en- dämpfer enthalten.
Derartige Rotationsdämpfer weisen im allgemeinen ein äusseres drehfest gelage es Gehäuse auf, in dem ein Rotor gelagert ist. Im Gehäuse befindet sich eine Dämpfurgsflüssigkeit, beispielsweise Silikonöl. Der Rotor kämmt beispielsweise mit einer Zahnstarge, die an einem der relativ zueinander bewegbaren Möbelteile gelagert ist. Durch die Dämpfungsflüssigkeit bzw. das Dämpfungsfluid wird eine sehr gute Abdämpfung einer zu heftigen Bewegung des Möbelteils erzielt.
Derartige Dämpfungseinrichtungen sind nach dem Stand der Technik als zusätzliche s parate eigenständige Einrichtungen am Möbel montiert.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Scharnier der eingangs erwähnten Art zu verbessern, dass auf die Anbringung einer separaten Dämpfungseinrichtung am Möbel erzichtet werden kann, und dass dennoch ein sehr ruhiges Schliessen der Möbeltüre erre cht wird.

Das erfindungsgemässe Scharnier weist in herkömmlicher Weise einen Scharniertopf 1 auf, der einen ersten Anschlagteil bildet, und einen Scharnierarm 2, der einen zweiten Anschlagteil bildet. Das Ritzel 18 wird beim weiteren Schliessen der Türe 12 gedreht und der Rotationsdämpfer 16 dämpft die Schliessbewegung der Türe. Es kommt dabei zu einem sanften Schliessen der Türe 12, auch wenn diese seitens des Benutzers mit zu viel Schwung geschlossen wurde.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 6 - 9 ist der Rotationsdämpfer 16 im Scharnierarm 2 untergebracht. Der Rotationsdämpfer 16 weist ein im wesentlichen dreieckförmiges Gehäuse 17 auf, das mit einer Wand 17'am Mittelsteg 21 des Scharnierarmes 2 anliegt. The hinge is advantageously provided with a closing mechanism which is formed, for example, by a spring 24 mounted in the hinge arm 2. In the exemplary embodiment, the spring presses on the inner articulated lever 4 via a guide sleeve 25. The closing mechanism also pulls a very gently closed door 12 into the correct closed position.
