The invention has its origin in the conventional turn-tilt wooden window. Wooden windows, according to the current state of the art, consist of a stick (fixed part) and a sash (movable part), either by a chemical coating (glazes, etc.) or by other (fixed or reversible mounted on stick and sash) components ( Aluminum profiles) are protected from the weather.
With these conventional windows, both the stick and sash are visible on the outside and are exposed to the weather. On the inside, the fitting components, the stick and the rebated sash are visible. The glass rebate with the associated glazing bead takes care of the fastening and mounting of the glass. to build a pure wooden window that guarantees complete weather protection of the wooden elements without the aid of other materials. In addition, better sound and thermal insulation values are achieved when using the same type of glass.
The window frame, like the window sash, is made of wood. The stick and wing are flush with each other (without overlap of the wing) and with a circumferential joint between the stick and wing. With the exception of the control element (window olive), no fittings are visible. The turn-tilt function of the fitting is still retained. The straight and sloping rebates in the cane and sash profile accommodate a circumferential seal (1st seal level) and a three-sided seal (2nd seal level). The lower end of the second sealing level is made using an aluminum profile with two water lugs. This profile strikes the rain protection rail. The window frame is provided with aluminum angle profiles on the outside and on the top. Aluminum U-profiles are also attached to the inside of the window frame on three sides.
These profiles serve as plastering aids. The stick is completely covered by the plaster on the outside. The lower frieze is covered by plaster, a window sill (or optionally a sill bench sheet) with an aluminum connection profile and the rain protection rail. The insulating glazing with UV edge bond is glued flush on the outside into the wing.
The glass light width of the window is identical to the architectural light width. The height of the glass light, on the other hand, is reduced by the rain protection rail and its wing-side addition (aluminum profile with two water noses) in the lower floor area. The enlargement of the glass lights with the same architectural lights compared to conventional turn-tilt windows results in a significantly higher incidence of light. Since the sash of the stick and the stick are completely covered by the masonry or the plaster, the window has a completely new appearance from the outside. In addition, this protects the window frame and sash from all weather influences and UV rays.
The flush-glued glass supports protection from the weather and easy maintenance. By covering the window frame with plaster, full heat protection and, or masonry, when using the same type of glass, a much higher sound or thermal insulation value compared to a conventional rotary Tilt window achieved.
The problem of plastering without a blind stick is solved with this window by aluminum profiles on the outside and inside. The aluminum profiles serve as plastering strips and also form a connection to the plaster that does not require any fitting strips, since no cracking can occur
