   Bei der Saturation der Zuckersäfte, insbesondere bei der ununterbrochenen Saturation sind in den Saturateuren Rührwerke angeordnet, welche den Zweck haben, das eingeleitete Saturationsgas im Safte zu verteilen, das Absetzen von Schlamm und Sand am Boden des Saturateurs zu verhindern und den Kalk innig mit dem Safte zu vermischen. 



   Diese Rührwerke wurden zumeist mit einer horizontalen Prellhaube ausgestattet, welche das von unten eintretende Gas am freien Auftrieb hindern und in radialer Richtung verteilen sollte. 



   Iliehei wurden durch das an tiefster Stelle des Saturateurs eintretende Saturationsgas grosse Saftmassen gegen die untere Fläche der Prellplatte geschleudert, wodurch diese

     Diese Übelständo   sollen durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung behoben werden.

   Die   Schaumbildung     wird hiedurch wesentlich vermindurt   und der Zusatz von Saturationsfett entbehrlich.

   During the saturation of sugar juices, especially with uninterrupted saturation, agitators are arranged in the saturateurs, which have the purpose of distributing the introduced saturation gas in the juice, preventing the sedimentation of sludge and sand on the bottom of the saturateur and keeping the lime intimate with the juice to mix.



   These agitators were mostly equipped with a horizontal baffle hood, which should prevent the gas entering from below from being lifted freely and distribute it in a radial direction.

The arrangement of this baffle hood also significantly reduces the back pressure of the juice and the most favorable gas pressure can easily be determined by raising or lowering the agitator 4. The shocks of the pump are also effectively compensated for by the hood-shaped design of the baffle plate, and a uniform gas discharge is achieved.



   The foam formation is significantly reduced and the addition of saturation fat is unnecessary.
