  Vorrichtung mit aufblasbarer Form zur Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus Gelatine. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine mit einer aufblasbaren Form versehene Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Hohlkörpern aus Gelatine. 



   Eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung ist in Fig. 1 im Längsschnitt dargestellt. Der Formhalter besteht aus zwei ineinandergefügten Metall- . röhrchen 7,   3,   deren eines 3 in seinem Innern ein luftdicht schliessendes, konisches Ventil 8 birgt, das durch eine Spiralfeder 9, die sich auf einen mit dem Ventil verbundenen gelochten Kolben 10 stützt, angedrückt wird. Am oberen Ende trägt das Röhrchen 3 eine Form 2 aus dehnbarem Stoff, die durch ein   Flanschenröhrchen   5 gezogen ist, welches durch die auf das Röhrchen 3 aufgeschraubte Kapsel 6 an das Röhrchen 3 angepresst wird. Durch Einführung gepresster Luft wird die Form   2   aufgeblasen. Durch das Ventil 8 wird der eingepressten Luft der Rückweg abgeschnitten.

   Die Entleerung der Form erreicht man durch Niederdrücken des Röhrchens   3,   wobei die Spiralfeder 9 zusammengedrückt und das Ventil 8 geöffnet wird. 



   Bei der in Fig. 2 dargestellten Vorrichtung ist eine grössere Anzahl der oben beschriebenen
Formhalter auf einem Rohr 1 angeordnet, das mittels einer Schlauchleitung mit einem Windkessel 4 verbunden ist und die gepresste Luft den Formen zuführt. Die in den Formhaltern untergebrachten Ventile bewirken, dass die Formen im aufgeblasenen Zustand bleiben, wenn auch durch die Unterbrechung der Schlauchverbindung mit dem Windkessel in dem Rohr   1   kein höherer Luftdruck mehr herrscht als der atmosphärische. 



   Die aufgeblasenen Formen werden in die Gelatinemasse eingetaucht und dann aus der
Masse herausgenommen, worauf man die Gelatine gerinnen lässt. Beim Niederdrücken der
Röhrchen 3 entweicht die in den Formen befindliche Luft ; dabei schrumpfen die dehnbaren
Formen innerhalb der geronnenen Gelatinemasse zusammen und man kann nun die Gelatine- körper von den Formen abziehen. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :

Ventils erfolgt, da. s zwecks Abführens der in der Form befindlichen Luft durch Niederdrücken eines Teiles des Formhalters geöffnet wird.
