Machine for spinning core threads and strands.
In machines for spinning core threads, various devices are known that cause the feed or the withdrawal, i.e. the transport of the core thread, namely the feed is usually brought about by pressure rollers (squeeze rollers) by which the material to be conveyed is grasped and pushed on. It is also known to arrange these feed devices so that the core thread to be spun or the core to be spun is pushed into the spindle whorl.
When using all of the known advancing means, however, it has not yet been achieved to bring the core thread to be insulated to use absolutely unchanged or undamaged and uniform in its shape, i. H. feed the core thread in a calm, loose manner to the spider-artel continuously without any stress, for the purpose of an absolutely even and economical winding of the spinning material onto the core thread.
This purpose is now intended to form the subject of the present invention
EMI1.1
The core is pushed into the spindle whorl, and its main characteristic is that the feed device for the core to be spun is formed from one or more simple Tranaport disks around which the core thread is placed once or several times. In this machine, the drive cord driven by the main shaft also drives the feed device and the spindle whorl at the same time.
EMI1.2
The spinning rotors 1 and 2 are set in rotation from the main drive shaft 4 by a belt or a cord 3 or the like.
In the area of this cord 3, a propulsion or feed device for the wire 5 to be wound is enclosed.
The wire 5 is taken from the drain 6. The wire advancing or advancing device consists of a bracket 7 with the worm gear 8. The drive pulley 10 sits on the shaft 9 of the worm, while the wire guide and feed pulley 12 sits on the shaft 11 of the worm gear. The wire 5 is wrapped around the disk 12 one or more times. The drive pulley 10 for the feed device is driven by the same cord 3 that
