Gesteinhammerbohrmaschine.

Rock hammer drill.
EMI1.1
alternately opens and closes are known; they have the disadvantage that they have a special suspension device, which makes the construction more complicated.
In the present control, which is designed prismatically and works in a pendular manner and consists of two legs intersecting at an acute angle, there is no suspension device; In addition, it differs from the known controls in the special type of pressure medium supply, which allows the angle at which the valve oscillates to be kept very small, which results in a quick change of direction and a lower pressure loss.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a tool equipped with the new valve and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line a, b of FIG. 1.

The fork lock attached to the cylinder cover to hold the drill in place on the hand-held bobrhämmeru is also new.
EMI1.3
out of the borehole.
Since these closures are always on the machine when drilling, there is usually a great deal of wear and tear on the pieces.

is clamped, and must be taken out of the borehole with the machine, so it is always drilled faat without a lock, so that the associated pieces are little worn. These forks can be provided with wing-like extensions (Fig. 7); the simple fork is pushed into bores 4 (Fig. 1) of the cylinder cover and the fork with wing-like approaches ba. jonottverachluBa. Rtig in angular slots (Fig. 5) of the cylinder cover or the like. Inserted.
Instead of the fork, a simple bolt is sufficient in an emergency.
By attaching the above-mentioned closures to the cylinder cover, an extension of the same is necessary, g, but this has the advantage that the closure can easily be repaired several times after it has been worn out.
Namely, if the cylinder cover 7 has been worn out at the point where the stop piece is inserted, 80 the same cover can be used twice more by putting over flap nuts (FIGS. 4 and 5). This repeated use of the cylinder cover naturally reduces costs.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Pipe hammers for mines, quarries, etc. Like. With a control with a wedge-shaped control body alternately opening and closing the channels leading in front of and behind the piston, characterized in that the control body oscillating around a cutting edge in the surface opposite the cutting edge carries a groove through which the Pressure medium is passed around the control body, which is held narrower than the housing, to the relevant side of the piston.
