Device for reversing pressure lines.
The present invention relates to a device for reversing pressure lines, in which the reversing member has a sealing surface perpendicular or almost perpendicular to the axis of rotation and with this sealing surface is always pressed against its seat by the pressure prevailing in the allocation. The invention consists in that the pivot pin of the reversing member is guided to the outside by a guide piece inserted into the housing, which contains pressure line ducts that alternate with the pressure supply space behind the reversing head and the pressure supply space that goes through the pivot pin of the reversing head by rotating the reversing head Derivation has been linked.
This arrangement provides the advantage that the entire Um- stouerorgan by unscrewing the guide piece for the pivot from the

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment and FIG. 1 shows the same in use on an inflow section of a rock drilling machine, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section according to A - B of FIG. 4, FIG. 3 such

On an inflow piece a of a rock drilling machine there is a regulating valve e connected to its inlet b, from which a pipe d after

The head k has a small recess on its lower side in which a spiral spring jn lies, which is against the ground

Climb up the pin I and open into an annular space s which is connected to a sewer line t (Fig.
Starting from the seat surface, two opposing channels u and v are arranged in the guide piece o /, which open into corresponding lines w and x connected to the guide piece g (FIGS. 2, 3 and 4), which after the working space of the not shown in the drawing Working cylinder of a rock bean machine or the like. The channels r and q are arranged in the reversing head k in such a way that the mouth of a channel r is always diametrically opposite the mouth of the associated channel q on its sealing surface, the two connecting lines of the opposite channels. intersect at a 45 "angle in the center of head A (Fig. 5).

The reversing pin l is sealed to the outside by a stuffing box y arranged in the upper end of the guide piece, while the spring p as well as the water pressure in space e den'Kopf k respectively. whose sealing surface i press firmly against the seat surface h of the guide piece f, which two surfaces can be processed mathematically precisely due to their arrangement, whereby an extremely precise seal is possible.
The mode of operation of the reversing device described is now as follows: If the reversing pin l with its handles ni is in the position I shown in FIG. 4, this is effected through the inlet b, the regulating valve c and the pipe d into the pressure chamber e of the housing 9 inflowing pressure medium, e.g. B.
Water, through the one channel q into the adjoining channel u (Fig. 2) and from there through the line: ss flow into the working cylinder behind the piston and move it forward; the water located in front of the piston in the pressure cylinder is pressed by the piston out of the cylinder into the line x connected to the same and passes through the channel v of the guide piece f into the one channel t des located below it

If the piston in the pressure cylinder has reached the end of its path, respectively. Once the borehole has reached the necessary depth, the handle of the reversing pin is set to position 11 in FIG. 4, whereby the second channel q opening out on the sealing surface i of the head & comes into alignment with the channel v of the guide piece f and so that Pressurized water passes through this channel and line x in front of the piston in the pressure cylinder and drives back the piston and thus the drill, while the water behind the piston is driven through the line 'out of the pressure cylinder and through the channel u and the second adjoining it , through the pin I going channel r enters the sewer t.
The process described is repeated when drilling each new borehole, whereby only a small turn of the control pin handle through a small angle is sufficient,

The arrangement of two pressure channels g and two drainage channels r in the reversing head k can also be replaced by just one channel q and r, although the reversing pin must be rotated by a larger angle.
