   Die vorliegende Konstruktion unterscheidet sich dadurch von den bisher bekannten, dass die Umsteuerung der Membrane m nicht wie gewöhnlich durch ein kleines Ventil, sondern lediglich durch ein in nächster Nähe der Membrane angebrachtes Bälgchen bezw. durch dessen verlängerte auf einer Rohre aufsitzende Oberplatte bewerkstelligt wird. 



   Die Einrichtung ist folgende :
Bei pneumatischer Anlage (Fig. 1) ist a ein   Bälgchen,   dessen verlängerte belederte Oberplatte b die mit der Membrane m in Verbindung stehende Röhre c abschliesst. Wird *nun das   Bälgchen   durch den durch die Röhre d geschickten Wind gehoben, so wird die Rohröffnung e frei und die in Folge der Winddruckdifferenz hochgehende Membrane m
