can therefore be carried out independently of each other.

The progressive effect achieved by the new construction of the tower is that when working with this tower, the shaft can be completed much more quickly using the known petrification process than with the previous facilities. This is based on the fact that in the petrification process it is not necessary to close the water-rich mountains to be penetrated, as in the freezing process, to the base; rather this closure only needs to precede the shaft sinking a few meters; In other words: as soon as a few meters of the water-rich mountains are closed, sinking can in principle begin immediately, one only has to drill the holes deeper and cement the drilled pieces at the same time, with the sinking having to follow in the same step or more slowly.

To make this possible, suitable means are used to ensure that the cement contained in the borehole itself does not set while it hardens in the rock layers.

The sinking of such shafts would take place almost as quickly as the sinking in the anhydrous mountains from the start.

In order to make such a process possible, one must have a tower in which the drilling and sinking equipment can be accommodated at the same time in such a way that they can work next to one another at the same time. Such a tower has been created by the present invention.

share and, for example, pass each branch of the same between two ropes of the drilling devices.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Abbey tower, characterized in that in it drilling apparatus (c) are arranged radially around the shaft without protruding into it, and through the tower an all-round corridor (III) for unloading the bucket between the ropes of the drilling equipment is passed, so that in this tower the drilling and sinking equipment can work side by side at the same time.
