  Harmonica with wooden lid.

The subject of the invention is a harmonica, the plate cover of which is provided by Holzachall covers, with the innovation that these are provided with internal cancels and are resiliently pressed over the voices by lateral metal bridges.

A good and airtight seal on the pale side is achieved and the effect of the sound is particularly soft due to the collection of the individual tones in separate wooden cells.

In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in 2 perspective view figures, of which FIG. 2 shows the inner cover side.

Wooden or similar covers b, milled into cells (these can also consist of wood pulp, celluloid, paper mache, etc.) are placed over the platinum in such a way that each vocal spring can swing into a channel o by itself, whereby each tone for itself is led outside. The lateral fastening is carried out by means of resilient metal layers 1a, the upwardly curved walls d of which give the cover b a secure hold against lateral displacement. The upper overlap e, which is bent slightly downwards. serves to hold the lid in place.
