Blechklammer zum Heften von schwacher oder starker Pappe.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Blechklammer für Pappschachteln, welche für verschiedene Pappenstärken gleich gut angewendet werden kann und eine sehr feste Verbindung sowohl bei dünner als auch bei starker Pappe gewährleistet.
In der Zeichnung ist : Fig. 1 der Grundriss der Klammer ; Fig. 2 die Seitenansicht derselben bei Verwendung von dünner Pappe und Fig. 3 die Seitenansicht bei Verwendung der Klammer für stärkere Pappen.
Ein jeder Zahn a der Klammer besitzt zwei Spitzen b, b, deren Ausgangspunkt c nicht mit den Wurzel d des Zahnes a zusammenfällt, sondern etwa in der Hälfte der Zahnhöhe h liegt.
Wenn die Klammer zum Heften von schwacher Pappe dient, so erfolgt das Biegen der Spitzen derart, dass sie einen spitzen Winkel x (Fig. 2) mit der Fläche des Zahnes a bilden ; wird die Klammer zum Heften einer starken Pappe benutzt, so erfolgt das Biegen der Zähne derart, dass der Winkel x ein stumpfer Winkel ist (Fig. 3).
Durch die oben beschriebene Gestaltung der Zähne und durch die angegebene Art des Biegens der Spitzen b, b kann man mit derselben Klammer sowohl dünne, als auch starke Pappen mit zufriedenstellender Festigkeit heften.

The subject of the present invention is a sheet metal clip for cardboard boxes, which can be used equally well for different cardboard thicknesses and ensures a very firm connection with both thin and thick cardboard.
In the drawing: Fig. 1 is the plan view of the clip; FIG. 2 shows the side view of the same when using thin cardboard and FIG. 3 shows the side view when using the clamp for thicker cardboard.
Each tooth a of the bracket has two points b, b, the starting point c of which does not coincide with the root d of the tooth a, but is approximately half the tooth height h.
If the clip is used to staple weak cardboard, the tips are bent in such a way that they form an acute angle x (FIG. 2) with the surface of the tooth a; If the clamp is used to staple strong cardboard, the teeth are bent in such a way that the angle x is an obtuse angle (FIG. 3).
Due to the design of the teeth as described above and the specified way of bending the tips b, b, both thin and strong cardboard can be stapled with satisfactory strength with the same clamp.
