<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
stermontage erlaubt.

<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

The invention relates to an industrially prefabricated outer wall element for the construction of buildings, and in particular for residential buildings with a statically load-bearing concrete layer and at least one window or door cutout for installing a window or door frame in the outer wall element.
The present invention is based on the problem of simplifying the installation of window or door frames in corresponding window or door cutouts in prefabricated wall elements.
Conventionally, such window or door frames are placed in a wall cutout that has an oversize compared to the outside dimensions of the frame. The frame is adjusted by means of wedges, after which the frame is fixed in the wall cutout by using assembly foam. The frame must then be plastered in, which involves a considerable amount of work.
It is also known, in the case of double-layer masonry with insulation or in the case of a so-called "thermal skin" construction, the external insulation layer or the exposed brickwork over the outer contour of the frame

pull out to reduce the thermal bridge effect of the frame.
The invention is based on the object of creating an industrially prefabricated outer wall element in which the assembly of a window or door frame in a corresponding window or door cutout of the element is considerably simplified. This is of particular importance with regard to the economically possible prefabrication of such an element.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Again, with regard to industrial prefabrication, it is important that manufacturing-technical aspects of the element interact with the technical configuration of its detail. The concrete layer of the outer wall element is conventionally poured in a molding box in a horizontal position, with the smooth underside of the concrete layer forming the inside of the outer wall element. The exposed upper side is usually pulled off with a smoothing bar to avoid complex smoothing measures, so it is relatively rough - at least compared to the smooth underside of the formwork. Due to the smooth formwork inside of the element, a paper-ready or ready-to-paint substrate is achieved without any further measures.
In conjunction with this, the likewise formwork-smooth installation step according to the invention forms a stop for the fitting of the window or door frame, which enables quick and efficient window
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Star assembly allowed. The frame is thus also larger than the light dimension of the cutout, which means that at least on the inside of the element there is no need to plaster the window or door frame, which would not be necessary anyway due to the smooth surface on the inside and the window reveal.
It is also an advantage that the window is moved further inwards due to the installation level and the installation surface for the frame which is offset inwards, so that when a window / roller blind box unit is used, the box projecting forward over the window frame is flush with a thermal insulation layer applied to the outside of the concrete layer.
The depth of the base is preferably less than half the thickness of the frame. Thus the frame still extends far enough beyond the outside of the concrete layer, so that, according to a further preferred embodiment, the frame can be fastened by means of angle fittings attached laterally between the frame reveal surface and the outside of the concrete layer.
The smooth formwork of the frame contact surface in the contact stage of the cutout also has the advantage that a sealing tape inserted between the inner frame surface and the contact surface can develop a particularly good sealing effect.

An embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail in the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings. The corresponding FIG. 1 shows a partial horizontal section through an outer wall element in the area of a window section.
As is clear from FIG. 1, an outer wall element according to the invention has a concrete layer 1 as a statically load-bearing element, in which one or more window or door cutouts are molded at a suitable point. Such a section 2 is shown in the drawing. The concrete layer 1 has a formwork-smooth inner side 3, which faces the interior of the building when the wall element is installed. The formwork-smooth surface is created by pouring the concrete layer 1 in a corresponding molding box in a horizontal position, the box bottom forming the inside 3.
The surface forming the outside 4 of the concrete layer is pulled off during manufacture by a smoothing bar and is therefore rough with respect to the inside 3.
The window cutout 2 has in the area of the soffit areas 5 an outwardly facing contact step 6 which leads around the entire cutout 2. It forms a perpendicular to the reveal surfaces 5
Frame contact surface 7 and a circumferential edge 8, which again extends outward at right angles thereto, into the one outlined by the circumferential edge 8
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
Contour fits the window frame 9, which is placed with its inside on the frame contact surface 7 of the investment stage 6.
Window cutout 2 together with the investment stage 6 are formed by a corresponding box-shaped rack in the molding box, which has a circumferential step shoulder corresponding to the investment stage 6 at the appropriate point. Since the soffit surfaces 5, the frame contact surface 7 and the peripheral edge 8 of the cut 2 are formed by corresponding shaped surfaces, these sections of the element shown in FIG. 1 are also smooth. This benefits a clean fitability and exact placement of the window frame 9. After production and hardening of the concrete layer 1, this is inserted into the installation stage 6 with the interposition of a rubber-elastic sealing tape 11 between the inside of the frame 12 and the contact surface 7. The depth t of the installation stage 6 is less than half the thickness s of the window frame 9.
There is thus still sufficient space on the peripheral surface 13 of the window frame 9 to fasten the window frame 9 to the outside 4 of the concrete layer 1 by means of angle fittings 14.
Thereafter, a layer of mineral insulation boards 15 can be applied as thermal insulation on the outside of the concrete layer 1, the outside 16 of the window frame 9 being offset to the rear relative to the outside 17 of the mineral insulation boards 15. If the window frame 9 is used with an integrated, projecting roller blind box (not shown), the installation positions can be coordinated such that the outer edge of the roller blind box indicated by the dashed line K is flush with the outside 17 of the mineral insulation panels 15. In the accompanying
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
An external plaster 18, which covers the mineral insulation boards 15 on their outside 17 and in the area of the reveal, is indicated by dash-dotted lines. For the reasons already mentioned, it is not necessary to clean the window frame 9 on the inside of the building.
