Abstract

The bed frame (1) has two longitudinal elements (2) fitted with pouches or spring elements for joining the transversally positioned slats (1.1, 1.2). The slats (1.1, 1.2) are mainly located at the upper and lower end of the frame (1) in order to support the head and lower legs of the user. Up to three blocks (4, 5, 6) made of an elastic material in different levels of density can be inserted between the groups of slats (1.1, 1.2) in the shoulder and the pelvic area if so wished. The blocks (4, 5, 6) rest on elastic bases and can be exchanged as required by the user.

Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

   #enden Material gefüllte Kammer aufweist. Weiterhin ist es möglich, für die einzelnen Elastikkörper 4 - 6 unterschiedliche Kerne insbesondere mit unterschiedliche Härte und/oder Dicke vorzusehen.

 <Desc/Clms Page number 4>

  Kork, Alu, Spiegel, Quarz, Naturstein usw.

   The invention relates to a lamellar grid according to the preamble of claim 1.

   For the purposes of the invention, "lamellar rust" is to be understood in general terms as a system which has a large number of lamellae, which are e.g. elastically or leaf spring-like acting and / or formed with additional spring elements and are each held at both ends on a support (hereinafter plate carrier), extending between these plate carriers and form a support surface or slatted base support surface for another bed support, for example a mattress.

   In bed systems, attention is increasingly paid to how certain zones of the
Bed surface can be made harder and more stable, through appropriate design of the lamella grate.

  The object of the invention is to show a fin grid, which allows in a particularly simple manner, certain zones or areas of the bed surface of a bed in terms of
To adapt hardness and stability to the wishes of a user, for example, in the shoulder and / or hip zone to achieve the best possible degree of hardness and thus the best possible position of the spine of the user. To solve this problem, a slatted frame according to claim 1 is formed.

  In the inventive lamellar grate, the individual fins are for example in recordings, z. In loops of e.g. held as a spring body formed plate carrier, so that the slats are interchangeable and thus the position and number of slats can be easily changed. The at least one elastic body is also interchangeable, so that by selecting the position of the elastic body within the lamellar grid and / or by exchanging an elastic body of a degree of hardness and / or a height against an elastic body of a different degree of hardness and / or a different height of the respective lamellar grid to the Needs and needs of the user can be optimally adapted to such. B. to achieve the optimal support for the shoulder and hip, especially in the side position, but also in the supine position.

  Normally in bed only two areas, namely shoulder and hip are particularly stressed when lying, as these areas are provided furthest protruding from the spine. In this area, the at least one elastic body, preferably the at least two elastic body are then provided. The user has only the opportunity to replace the corresponding elastic body, and always when they no longer ensure optimal lying by prolonged use of the lamellar grid or a strong body and weight change in the user (eg., By pregnancy) has occurred , An exchange of the entire fin grate is then not required.

  By inserting more vaulted lamellae on certain areas of the lamella grate, an additional support effect can be effected there. Elaborate shoulder and hip subsidence are thus avoidable.

  The lower support for the elastic body is preferably dimensioned so that sagging is impossible.

  The elastic body consist of an elastic, conformable core of permanently elastic material or else of a core which has at least one chamber with a flowing medium, for example air, gel, water or the like. By at least one elastic body, it is also possible to make the support thin, or it is in extreme cases, a direct lying on the slatted possible without pressure points on the hip or shoulder occur at the user.

  Furthermore, it is possible to use a support element for the at least one elastic body.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 coated by provided plate on at least one surface side with a suitable material, for example, with a heat-insulating or heat radiation reflecting material, for. B. with a coating of an insulating plastic, cork and / or to provide an aluminum foil, so as to achieve an improved feeling of warmth for the user even in the colder months.

  For example, in the lumbar region, the upper or first lamellae on their upper side are convexly curved lamellae, whereby an additional support effect can be achieved, since these fins protrude further up than rectilinear fins.

  Like other functional elements, in particular, the elastic bodies are provided with a peelable sheath, which is closed in a variety of ways, for example by buttons, press studs, zipper, Velcro, etc. and fastened on the elastic body.

  The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the figures of an embodiment. FIG. 1 shows, in simplified representation and in plan view, a lamellar grid according to the invention; FIG. Fig. 2 - 4 sections corresponding to the lines A-A; or C-C through the lamella of the
FIG. 1; 4 shows a longitudinal section through the lamellar grid of FIG. 1 along the line D-D; FIGS. 5 to 7 are sections corresponding to FIGS. 2 and 5 in a further possible embodiment; Fig. 8 u. 9cuts corresponding to FIGS. 4 and 5 in another possible embodiment; 10 shows a cross section through a lamellar grid until a further possible embodiment of the invention; 11 is a plan view of another possible embodiment of the slat grate according to the invention.

  In FIGS. 1-5, 1 generally designates a lamellar grate consisting essentially of two lamella carriers 2, each of which is provided on one longitudinal side of the lamellar grid in plan view (FIG. 1), which in the illustrated embodiment is a spring body with a square cross section and consisting of a core made of permanently elastic material with a sheath made of a fabric.

  The lamellae 3 made of wood are provided on this lamella carrier 2 at the top transversely to the longitudinal extent L of the lamellar grid, which lamellae are in the illustrated embodiment partially designed as flat lamellae and partly as convexly curved lamellae on the upper side of the lamellar grid. Each blade 3 is both suitably, d. H. held in a loop or pocket at the top of the plate carrier 2.

  In three sub-areas of the lamellar grate 1, the slats 3 are omitted and there are between the two plate carriers three elastic body 4, 5 and 6 used. This cuboid elastic body 4 - 6, which are each rectangular in plan view of the lamellar grid (Figure 1) and oriented with their longer peripheral sides perpendicular to the longitudinal extent L, each extending over the entire width of the lamellar grate 1 between the plate carriers 2. Each elastic body. 3 - 6 consists of a core of an elastic material, such as a permanently elastic plastic core (eg., Latex) and is provided with a preferably peelable cover, wherein between the cover and the core even more filling materials can be provided.

   In principle, it is also possible to design at least the core of the elastic body 4 - 5 so that it at least one with air, with a gel, with water or with other adaptable or flie

 <Desc / Clms Page 3>

   #enden material filled chamber has. Furthermore, it is possible to provide different cores, in particular with different hardness and / or thickness, for the individual elastic bodies 4-6.

  Starting with the upper end in the figure 1 1 1 (head) of the fin grate a plurality of fins 3 are initially provided. This is then followed by the first elastic body 4. In turn, this is followed by a plurality of lamellae 3, then the further elastic body 5, a lamella 3, the elastic body 6 and subsequently to the lower, the foot end of the lamella 1 forming end 1. 2 more lamellae 3 In the illustrated embodiment, the lamellae 3 between the upper end 1.1 and the elastic body 4 but also the lamellae 3 are formed flat between the elastic body 6 and the lower end 1.2, while the lamellae 3 between the two elastic bodies 4 and 5 in the lumbar region of the lamella 1 are curved, in such a way that they are up with their convex side.

  To support the elastic body 4 - 6 more bottom or second slats 7 are provided on the underside of the plate carrier 2, which are also accommodated at both ends in pockets or loops of the plate carrier 2.

  The lower slats 7 are either curved, in which case the convex side is up again, or formed in a straight line. The elastic bodies 4-6 are in particular also designed with respect to their height and are supported by the lower slats 7 such that the upper side of the elastic bodies 4 - 6 lies approximately in a common plane with the upper side of the adjacent slats 3. The elastic bodies 4 - 6 are arranged in the shoulder and pelvic region of the lying surface formed by the lamellar grid 1 or a mattress arranged on this lamella, namely the elastic body 4 in the shoulder region and the two elastic body 5 and 6 in the pelvic region.

  It has been assumed above that the upper lamellae 3 are arched between the two elastic bodies 4 and 5 and are otherwise made flat.

  Of course, other designs are conceivable, for example, in the form that all the slats 3 are curved or partially curved and flat slats are used, for. B. also in the form that between the Elastikkörper 6 and the lower end 1.2 also curved blades are provided.

  Figures 6 and 7 show a further embodiment, a fin grating 1a, in which in the region of the elastic body 4-6 are provided for supporting them not slats, but a plate 8, which is for example a solid plate made of a suitable material or a web plate and which is perforated and / or coated, for example.

  Specifically, in this embodiment, it is possible to provide an additional support element 9 in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped formed in a region outside the elastic body 4 - 6 below the upper slats there, again with an elastic core and a textile sheath, wherein this support element 9 is then optionally used or not used and is supported on the plate 8. Due to the design of the support element 9 in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, it is possible to orient this support element with its longitudinal extent in the longitudinal direction L of the lamellar grid or transversely to this longitudinal direction so as to change the number of lamellae 3 supported by the support element.

   The width of the support element 9 is equal to or slightly larger than the distance between two lamellae 3.

  FIGS. 8 and 9 show, as an embodiment, a lamellar grid 1b in which, instead of the plate 8, which extends substantially only over the length of the lamellar grid having the elastic bodies 4-6, a plate 8a which extends over the entire length of the lamella grid 1 b extends.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 4>

 In the figure, a louver grid 1c is shown in cross-section as an embodiment, in which the lateral plate carrier are formed by the existing example of wood side walls 10 of a bed frame and the blades 3 at both ends on the inner sides of the side walls 10 provided support strips 11 and each other are interconnected by a in the lamellar grid longitudinal direction L extending connecting member, for example in the form of a band.

  By omitting some lamellae 3, the elastic bodies 4 - 6 are again used, which are then supported on a plate 8 a corresponding through plate, which is held between the side walls 10.

  FIG. 11 shows, in a depiction like FIG. 1, a further possible embodiment of a lamellar grid 1d, which differs from the lamellar grid 1 in that the two plate carriers 2 are interrupted in the region of the single elastic body 12 in this embodiment. h, the elastic body 12 extends over the entire width of the fin grate 1d. The subsequent to the elastic body 12 slats 3 are in the upper region, d. H. starting from the upper end 1.1, in each case provided on a provided on the respective longitudinal side of the plate carrier section 2.1 and the lower end respectively provided on a provided on the respective longitudinal side of the fin grid plate carrier section 2. 2

  The elastic body 12 is for example again supported by a plate corresponding to the plate 8 on its underside.

  When using the plates 8 and 8a, it is possible to provide them with a suitable, for example heat-insulating or heat radiation reflecting material, e.g.

  Cork, aluminum, mirrors, quartz, natural stone, etc.

  The invention has been described above by means of exemplary embodiments. It is understood that numerous other changes and modifications are possible without thereby departing from the inventive concept underlying the invention.

  So it was assumed above that the lamellae 3 inherent spring, d. H. are formed leaf spring-like acting. In principle, it is also possible to provide the slats with additional spring means, for example in the form that on the slats 3 spring elements are arranged, on which then the bed mattress or mattress is supported.
