<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

The invention relates to a maneuvering system with a conveyor line along which a wagon conveyor device for moving, distributing and positioning railway wagons can be moved and which has a freely rotatable undercarriage and is fixedly connected to the method with a cable pull, the cable pull using towing or return Winch drum and a stationary Antnebs can be driven in towing and in return.
Such a Rangler system is known from the SU 1770 194 A1. It is used in railway operations to move, distribute and position railway wagons. The maneuvering system has a wagon conveyor device which can be coupled to the respective wagon and which can be moved along the distribution tracks, loading tracks, directional tracks, and washing lines by means of a cable pull. The cable pull consists of a tow rope and a return rope and is alternately operated in the winding operation and on the other hand in the tow operation by two fixed winches, each of which has its own drive.
The wagon conveyor device known from DE 41 01 078 C 1 has an endless cable as a cable pull, which is connected to the wagon conveyor device and which is guided and tensioned via two deflection rollers. A deflecting roller is movably mounted against a tension sensor for tensioning the rope.
The object of the invention is to design a maneuvering system with a wagon conveyor device with the least possible technical effort so that an electrical remote control of the wagon conveyor device or the wagon is possible in the maneuvering mode.
According to the invention, the solution results from the fact that an insulated electrical conductor with insulation is embedded in the towing and / or return rope, which is connected to the towing or return winding drum via a rotary contact, in particular a slip ring and a sliding contact, with a fixed voltage transmitter is connected, and that the wagon conveyor and the wagon have an electrical coupling via which the electrical conductor is connected to an electrical device in the wagon.
Alternatively, the solution according to the invention also consists in that an insulated electrical conductor is inserted into the towing and / or return rope, which is connected to a fixed voltage transmitter in the towing or return winch drum via a rotary contact, in particular slip ring and slip contact, and that the wagon conveyor has an electrical device that is connected to the electrical conductor.
As a result, the wagon conveyor device and / or the wagon can be electrically controlled and / or driven via the control unit of the maneuvering system and / or measurement signals and / or electrical energy transmitted. In contrast, transmission by radio or induction is complex, susceptible to interference and hardly suitable for energy transmission.
The invention also consists in the fact that the electrical device is a drive motor (eg motor of a pump and / or magnet of an electrically actuable valve for actuating a cylinder / piston drive), which is connected via the electrical line when the wagon is coupled to the Wagon conveyor device is supplied with electrical energy by the voltage generator and can be actuated.
According to another feature of the invention, the electrical device is a drive (e.g.
Power magnet and / or magnet of an electrically actuable valve for actuating a cylinder / piston drive) which is attached to the wagon conveyor device and through which a driver arm of the wagon conveyor device via the electrical line for coupling or uncoupling the wagon to the wagon conveyor device by the voltage generator electrical energy is supplied and can be operated.
Another embodiment of the invention is that the electrical device is a measuring device, for. B. displacement transducer, which is supplied with electrical energy via the electrical line and a display device or control unit, for. B. is connected to control the winding operation.
In the following, exemplary embodiments of the invention are described with reference to the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a maneuvering system with a wagon conveyor, Fig. 2 shows a detail from Fig. 1, in particular winch with sliding contacts, Fig. 3 shows the wagon conveyor with electrically operated locking of the driver arms, Fig. 4 shows the Wagon conveyor device with electrically operated locking of the driver arms as in FIG. 3, but with distance measurement of the wagon conveyor device and FIG. 5 the wagon conveyor device with electrically operated locking of the driver arms

3 with control of the brake of the wagon.
The wagon conveyor 1 is guided in rolls 2 on a rail track 3. With regard to the further configuration and the coupling with a wagon to be conveyed, reference is made to DE 37 11 411 C1. The Waggonfördereinnchtung is connected on one end to the tow rope 4 and on the other end to the return rope 5. The tow motor winch 6 is used to wind up the tow rope. The return motor winch 7 is used to wind up the return rope. Each motor winch consists of a winch drum 8 or 9 which is driven in the winding direction by an asynchronous motor (tow motor 10 or return motor 11). The motors can be controlled by a control system 12.
The motors are locked against one another by programming the control system or by correspondingly linking the switches; d. H. : if one of the motors is started upwind, the other of the motors cannot be started up as well. The motor winches are firmly connected to the ground. It is not necessary that one of the motor winches e.g. B. is movably supported under spring force; rather, the required rope tension is maintained by towing the non-driven motor winch.
In return operation in particular it can happen that the torque required for towing the towing motor winch is not sufficient to maintain the required rope tension; in this case the towing motor winch is in the electric braking mode, i.e. H. by short-circuiting the phases of the three-phase drive.
The traction motor 10 is preferably designed with a higher rated power than the return motor 11. The motors are connected to the cable drum via gears 13 and 14, respectively. The motors are preferably operated by separate frequency converters 15 and 16, respectively. This makes it possible to drive the motors at different speeds and, in particular, to specify a higher speed for the return operation than for the towing operation. Furthermore, the return winch can also be connected to a mechanical brake 17, so that it is possible to brake the towed wagon at a desired position.
The maneuvering system can be used for signal transmission and / or transmission of electrical energy between the stationary control system 12 or a stationary voltage source and the wagon conveyor device 1 or the wagon being towed in each case. For this purpose, at least one electrical conductor is inserted into the tow rope 4 and / or the return rope 5, which is insulated from the steel wires of the ropes. The electrical conductor (s) are either stranded with the steel wires or embedded as a core within the rope.
On the end face with which the relevant rope is fastened to the wagon conveyor 1, an electrical conductor 18 is connected to an electronic device which is attached to the wagon conveyor 1. In the electrical device it can be, for. B. a magnet 23. 1 or other force transmitter, a drive of a motor, a transmitter 23. 3 or the like. Act. Alternatively or additionally, the electrical conductors can be connected to an electrical device (power generator, drive, measuring value transmitter or the like) in the wagon via an electrical coupling 20 between the wagon conveyor device and the coupled wagon.
On the end face with which the rope in question is fastened to the winch drum 8 or 9, each electrical conductor embedded in the rope is connected to a rotary contact, which allows the energy transmission. This can be a slip ring 24 which is attached to and concentric with the shaft of the winch drum 8 or 9. A slip ring is provided for each electrical conductor, which is electrically insulated from the winch drum and from the other slip rings. Each of the slip rings is scanned by a sliding contact 25, a brush or the like. The slip ring and brush can be replaced by contactless transmitters when transmitting high-frequency voltages, such as.
B. concentric inductive coils, one of which is attached concentrically to the winch shaft and the other is arranged in a stationary manner.
In order to supply the wagon with electrical voltage, the wagon conveyor device 1 and the wagon are each equipped with an electrical coupling half, the coupling halves being mounted in such a way that when the wagon is coupled to the wagon conveyor device 1
EMI2.1
half, which is mounted in isolation on the wagon conveyor, required, while on the other hand the wagon or parts, for. B. wheel and axle can serve as an electrical conductor.
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
In the wagon conveyor and / or the wagon measuring devices can be attached such. B. encoders or speed sensors.
A measuring sensor 23.3 on one of the rollers 2 of the wagon conveyor device is shown in FIG. They are two interacting magnets that emit an electrical number signal by induction. This number signal is fed to the control device 12 shown in FIG. 2 via a slip ring 24.3 and slip contact 25.3 and converted there into a path signal which represents the position of the wagon conveyor device. The position of the last transported wagon or wheel 28 can thus be recorded and stored in the control system 12 and then the respective instantaneous distance between the last wagon and the wagon conveyor device can be determined.
Depending on this distance, the speed of the wagon conveyor 1 can be controlled by control system 12 and a control signal can be generated. With this control signal z. B. the driver arms 30 of the wagon conveyor 1 are brought from their active engagement position in contact with the wheel 28 (Fig. 3 and 5) in their inactive position (Fig. 4). For this purpose, the relay switch 29 is closed by this control signal and voltage transmitter 26 via two further pairs of sliding contact 25 and slip ring 24 and a pair of electrical conductors 18 with the force transmitters, for. B. magnets 23. 1 connected. When the magnets are activated, the magnetic cores 32 move by means of a lever system 31, the driver arms 30 in the sense of releasing them from the wheel.
A spring 33 brings the drive arms 30 bel deactivation of the magnets in the E! ngre! fposition. 3 and 5 show the engagement position of the driver arms and the lever system, Fig. 4 shows the inactive position when the magnets are activated.
The towing winch 6 can also be put into operation or out of operation by the control signal.
In the development according to FIG. 5, a drive 36 of the wagon brake 34 is actuated in dependence on the signal by which the driver arms are disengaged, in the sense of the application of the brake 34. The brake system is only hinted at here and its functionality is not fully shown. As an electronic device that is attached to the wagon and that is placed over the tow rope in Betneb, here is a solenoid 23.2 for the pneumatic valve 35. The control system 12 can thus engage the wagon brake when the wagon and Wagon conveyor are decoupled.
