Device for heating flammable liquids in stationary and mobile
Containers, cisterns and the like.

If heating oil (crude oil) or any other flammable liquid that stagnates at low temperature is to be emptied from its container, its temperature must first be increased in order to bring the liquid into a slightly liquid state. Some crude oil has z. B. the
 EMI1.1
emptying of a container is to take place, provision must be made for a steam source, which can be associated with great difficulties.

Anderersetts is also with direct introduction of steam into the crude oil, respectively. If the heating coil leaks, water can get into the crude oil, which affects the quality of the crude oil. In order to eliminate this problem. According to the present invention, the heating liquid provided in the container is used to heat the heating liquid. This is done in such a way that each stationary container for the heating fluid, as well as each cistern car or other mobile container, which BEZW for storage.

Transport of heating oil or crude oil! is intended, is provided with a heating oil heater. the burner of which is supplied with part of the heating fluid contained inside the container as fuel.

In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows the overall arrangement of the heating oil heater on a mobile container, FIGS. 2 and 3 the burner arrangement in longitudinal section and horizontal section, FIG. 4 the heating tube termination on the container ceiling.

In the container a, a heating tube b is provided which, on the one hand, connects to the pipe c discharging the heating gases from a burner, and, on the other hand, to an opening in the container wall.
 EMI1.2
enclosing preheating space g is fed, in which the gasification of the fuel takes place by the heating flame itself. The gasified fuel is fed through the pipe h to the burner head! fed, which is preferably made of soapstone. Any heat source can be used in a known manner to initiate the gasification.

At the exit point of the heating tube b on the lid of the container, a pivotable plate k covering the heating tube mouth is provided in order to protect the inside of the heating tube.

The embodiment of the heating oil heater shown in the drawing is only given as an exemplary embodiment, in particular the burner construction can undergo any changes.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Device for heating flammable liquids in stationary and mobile containers, cisterns and the like., Characterized in that a burner is arranged on the container, wehher draws the fuel from the container, the hot combustion gases drawn off from the burner through the container be directed.
