    Verfahren zum Auskleiden von Tuben oder anderen einseitig offenen Behältern mit einer inneren Schutzhülle.   



     Die Erfindung betritt eine Abänderung   des durch das Sta : nmpatent Nr. 40558 geschützten Verfahrens und bezweckt, die Durchführung des Verfahrens möglichst zu vereinfachen und zu verbilligen. 



   Während nach dem Stammpatente der Füllstutzen der   Füllmascbine   vor Aufschieben der zu füllenden Tube o. dgl. mit der über seinem Mundstücke zusammengefalteten Schutzhülle umkleidet und darauf erst   die Tnbp   o. dgl. aufgeschoben und gefüllt wird, findet nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren zur Auskleidung der Tube o. dgl. eine vorgeformte Schutzhülle Verwendung, die nach Einführung in die auszukleidende Tube o. dgl. zusammen mit dieser über den Füllstutzen der Füllmaschine geschoben wird, worauf die Füllung der Tube erfolgt. Durch den Druck der eintretenden Füllmasse legt sich hierbei die Schutzhülle in derselben Weise dicht gegen die Innenwand der Tube o. dgl. wie bei dem Verfahren des Stammpatentes. 



   Dadurch dass die Tube o. dgl. zusammen mit der darin eingeführten, vorgeformten Schutzhülle über den Füllstutzen der   Ftillmaschine   geschoben wird, vereinfacht sich die Durchführung des Verfahrens wesentlich. Ferner kann das Verfahren dadurch verbilligt werden, dass beispielsweise maschinell vorgeformte Schutzhüllen zum Auskleiden der Tuben o. dgl. Verwendung finden. 



   Natürlich kann sowohl die auszukleidende Tube   o.   dgl. als auch die darin einzuführende Schutzhülle aus jedem geeigneten Stoffe begehen.

     The invention involves a modification of the process protected by the patent no. 40558 and aims to simplify the implementation of the process as much as possible and to make it cheaper.



   While, according to the parent patent, the filler neck of the filling machine is covered with the protective cover folded over its mouthpiece before the tube to be filled or the like is pushed on, and only then the tubing or the like is pushed on and filled, according to the present method for lining the tube or the like A preformed protective sleeve is used which, after being inserted into the tube or the like to be lined, is pushed together with the latter over the filling nozzle of the filling machine, whereupon the tube is filled. As a result of the pressure of the filling compound entering, the protective cover lies tightly against the inner wall of the tube or the like in the same way as in the method of the parent patent.



   The fact that the tube or the like is pushed over the filler neck of the filling machine together with the preformed protective sleeve inserted therein simplifies the implementation of the method considerably. Furthermore, the method can be made cheaper in that, for example, machine-molded protective covers are used to line the tubes or the like.



   Of course, both the tube or the like to be lined and the protective cover to be inserted into it can be made of any suitable material.
