Fig. 2 dargestellte Mundstück in Verwendung genommen.

Device for guiding the insert pipes in deep drilling.
The invention relates to a device which ensures that the insertion tubes are driven in in the vertical direction. It consists essentially of a guide rod which passes through the bear and the conical mouthpiece, which is arranged at the bottom of the first tube. In the case where the entry of water or earth into the pipe can be avoided like this!), The mouthpiece is designed in a special way.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows the insert tubes at the beginning of the ramming and FIG. 2 shows the mouthpiece according to a particular embodiment.
The pipes 1 and 2, the number and length of which corresponds to the depth of the terrain in which the borehole is to be made, are arranged telescopically. At the ends they have rings 4 and 5, which are arranged in such a way that the pipe 1 with the smallest diameter takes the pipe 2 with it when it is driven in. The tube 1 has at the lower end a Sonkschub ss, against the inner edge of which a steel cylinder 7 is supported, which forms the mouthpiece and ends in a conical part 8. The bear 9 is allowed to act on this cylinder 7, the bear being rammed into the earth and thereby taking the pipe 1 and then the other pipes with a larger diameter with it.
In order to allow the successive entrainment of the tubes zn, each, with the exception of the last, is provided at its upper end with a ring 4 arranged on the outer surface, which is supported against the ring 5 on the inner surface of the next following tube. To guide the bear and to secure the ramming in the vertical direction, the cylinder 6 is traversed in the axial direction by a rod 10, the steel tip 12 of which is provided with a shoulder 11 to enable the mouthpiece 7 to be pulled out using the rod 10.
To secure the ramming in in the vertical direction, it is sufficient to ram the rod 10 after the first tube 1 has been placed on top, so that it supports the tube system to be driven. The rod 10 is rammed in by a small hammer-head which is brought into action on the upper end of the rod 10.
The rod 10 is guided, on the one hand, in the mouthpiece 7 and, on the other hand, in the bear 9 and is thus always kept perpendicular. The rammed pole will in turn serve as a guide to the system when the bear. 9 falls on the mouthpiece 7. As soon as the cone rests against the shoulder 11 of the rod 10, the rod is driven forward again.
If it proves necessary to prevent water or soil from entering the inside of the pipe, for example to make it easier to withdraw the mouthpiece, this is done in
Fig. 2 shown mouthpiece in use. It consists of two metallic parts 13 and 14 which are separated from one another by an elastic ring 15. A ring piece 16 rests on the upper part 13 and receives the impact of the hammer bear 9.
