AT 404 604 B Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bügelbrett, das als Insert in einer Tischplatte versenkt ist. Das Bügelbrett ist dadurch, daß es in einen Tisch, der auch vielen anderen Zwecken dienen kann, integriert ist, sofort verfügbar, ohne daß es wie handelsübliche Bügelbretter her- und weggeräumt werden muß und beansprucht keinen eigenen Abstellplatz. Um das Bügelbrett aufzustellen greift man unter die Tischplatte, hebt mit einer Hand das Bügelbrett aus der Versenkung, greift mit der anderen Hand nach dem hinteren Ende des Bügelbrettes und stellt es dann in die dafür vorgesehenen Rasten. Der Ausschnitt aus der Tischplatte besteht aus einer Unter- und einer Oberseite und ist drehbar. Um zu bügeln hebt man das vordere Ende des Bügelbrettes mit einer Hand hoch und dreht das Bügelbrett um 180*, sodaß die Bügelfläche zur Oberseite wird und läßt es dann auf den Scherenfüßen aufliegen. Will man das Bügelbrett wieder versenken, hebt man das vordere Ende des Bügelbrettes hoch und dreht es um 180*, sodaß die Bügelflache zur Unterseite wird und läßt es dann auf den Scherenfüßen aufliegen. Danach greift man mit einer Hand nach dem hinteren Ende des Bügelbrettes, zieht daran und hebt so durch eine Drehbewegung die Scherenfüße aus den Rasten. Dann senkt man das Bügelbrett, sodaß die Scherenfüße auf den Rasten zum Liegen kommen und läßt erst dann das Bügelbrett los, sodaß es in dem Ausschnitt versenkt, und von einem Rahmen, der an die Tischplatte geschraubt ist, getragen wird. Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von Zeichnungen beschrieben. In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist sie in Seitenansicht, jeweils im aufgestellten und im zusammengeklappten Zustand dargestellt. Die Fig. 3 zeigt die Draufsicht der Erfindung, die Fig.4 einen Längsschnitt durch die Rahmenkonstruktion. In der Fig. 5 wird die Sicht von unten auf die Rahmenkonstruktion beschrieben. Die aus der Tischplatte 1 ausgeschnittene Fläche 3 ist mit einer Auflage versehen,die das Bügeln im herkömmlichen Sinn ermöglicht. Die Auflage besteht aus Abstandhaltern 11, die die Ventilation der beim Bügeln entstehenden Heißluft ermöglichen und mit der ausgeschnittenen Fläche verschraubt sind. Darauf wird ein Blech 10 in elliptischer Form, das von Leisten 8 getragen wird, befestigt. Diese Fläche ist mit Profilen 9 in Querrichtung zur Fläche durchsetzt. Die offene Seite wird mit einem perforierten Blech 7, ebenfalls in der gleichen elliptischen Form, versehen. Darauf wird ein elliptisch zugeschnittener Filz mit einer vorgefertigten Bügelauflage 6 mittels eines Gummibandes befestigt. Diese Arbeitsfläche ist drehbar um eine Achse 28 in zwei balkenförmigen Teilen 4 und 5 am hinteren Ende des Bügelbrettes gelagert. Zwei Plättchen 17, die an den jeweils äußeren Scherenfuß geschraubt sind, fixieren die Arbeitsfläche gegen eine Seitwärtsbewegung beim Bügeln. Diese kann mittels einer Scherenkonstruktion in der Rahmenkonstruktion bzw. in der Tischplane versenkt werden. Die beiden inneren Scherenfüße 12 sind jeweils in einem Lager 16, welches mit dem balkenförmigen Teil 5 verschraubt ist, um eine Achse 18 drehbar gelagert. Sie sind durch ein Querbrett 14 miteinander verbunden. Die beiden äußeren Scherenfüße sind jeweils in den Seitenteilen 22 des Rahmens um eine Achse 18 drehbar gelagert. Sie sind ebenfalls durch ein Querbrett 14 miteinander verbunden und weisen außerdem noch eine Ausnehmung 15 auf, in der die Querplatte 14 der äußeren Füße aufgenommen werden kann, wenn die Arbeitsfläche versenkt wird. Der innere und äußere Scherenfuß ist um die Achse 13 gegeneinander drehbar gelagert. Der Rahmen besteht aus den zwei Seitenteilen 25, dem Seitenteil 26 und der Bodenplatte 24, die als Auflage für das Bügelbrett im zusammengeklappten Zustand dient, und werden an die Tischplatte 1 geschraubt. Weiters werden die zwei Seitenteile 23, die beiden Seitenteile 22 mit den Teilen 19, den Rasten 20 und den Teilen 21 verbunden und an die Tischplatte 1 geschraubt. Patentansprüche 1.
