Description
AT 403 712 BAT 403 712 B
The invention relates to a sewer cleaning vehicle with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Such sewer cleaning vehicles are known in numerous different embodiments. The barrel-like container, which is stored lying on a vehicle chassis, is usually divided. It has a chamber for receiving the dirt or sludge to be removed, which is taken up via a suction hose, and a chamber with rinsing water, to which a rinsing hose is connected. This flushing hose carries a nozzle at the end, the flushing water being sprayed out at high pressure through this nozzle during operational use, as a result of which the flushing hose is drawn into the channel to be cleaned. The flushing hose is then withdrawn with the reel, with the water emerging from the nozzle and causing the nozzle to advance the dissolved dirt, which is then taken up by the suction hose. These operations are well known. Such a flushing hose has a considerable length, it can be up to 200 m. If the flushing hose is not used, it is wound on a reel. Various constructions have become known for this reel for storing the flushing hose and for guiding it. In a known construction, the suction hose rests on a length-adjustable boom which is pivotably mounted about a vertical axis, and this boom also carries the reel on which the flushing hose is wound. The flushing hose is guided over a roller battery, which is arranged at the free end of the boom for the suction hose. The axis of rotation of the reel is horizontal. The reel can either be mounted on the rear end of the boom for the suction hose (DE 29 06 405 A1) or in its front area, that is in the area in which the suction hose runs off the boom (EP 683 278 - DE 44 17 126). In another known construction (US Pat. No. 4,669,145), the reel for the flushing hose is arranged laterally on the lying barrel-like container, its horizontal axis of rotation being essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container. The rinsing hose then runs from this reel over the boom for the suction hose, driven press rollers being provided at the free end of the boom, between which the rinsing hose lies and with which the rinsing hose is to be pulled off the reel.
It is also known (DE 42 23 931 A1 - brochure " Faun - combined high-pressure flushing and suction vehicle superstructures with water recovery system " 2/96) that the reel for the flushing hose is either arranged on the front of a vehicle or on the rear end of the barrel-like container. These reels, which have horizontal axes of rotation, are driven in order to allow the flushing hose to run off or to catch up with it, a hose guide device being provided which ensures that the flushing hose which runs onto the reel is properly wound up by winding one turn after the other. If no such mechanical hose guide is provided, the winding process must be controlled by hand. If the flushing hose is not properly wound up on the reel in the manner mentioned, the individual turns are sometimes confused with the result that the hose is jammed and can no longer be removed, or the hose can no longer be completely on the Reel to be wound up. In addition, the already mentioned extraction devices for the flushing hose are not reliable. The driven press rollers, which hold the flushing hose between them, have to deform the hose considerably in order to apply the necessary external frictional force. Since this hose is usually dirty and smeared, the required frictional forces are often inaccessible.
This is where the invention comes in, which aims to store and arrange the flushing hose in a sewer cleaning vehicle in such a way that reliable operation is possible with simple constructional means, so that the operating procedures can also be carried out remotely. To solve this complex problem, the invention proposes those measures that are the content and subject of the characterizing part of claim 1. Expedient embodiments of the invention are set out in the subclaims.
Es zeigen:Without restricting the invention, an exemplary embodiment is discussed in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf einen faßartigen liegenden Behälter eines Kanalreinigungsfahrzeuges, wobei das Fahrzeug selbst nicht dargestellt ist und auch aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit wegen der Saugschlauch und sein Ausleger nicht gezeigt sind; Fig. 2 die Hinteransicht des Behälters, Blickrichtung Pfeil A in Fig. 1; Fig. 3 die zweite Haspel in Seitensicht, Blickrichtung Pfeil B in Fig. 1.Figure 1 is a plan view of a barrel-like lying container of a sewer cleaning vehicle, the vehicle itself is not shown and also for reasons of clarity because of the suction hose and its boom are not shown. Figure 2 shows the rear view of the container, viewing direction arrow A in Fig. 1. 3 shows the second reel in a side view, viewing direction arrow B in FIG. 1.
Dem Abschnitt 2, der das Spülwasser enthält, ist in der Regel das Führerhaus des Kraftfahrzeuges 2On a chassis of a truck, not shown, a barrel-like container 1 is arranged lying, which consists of two sections 2 and 3, one section 2 serving to hold the rinse water and the other section 3 holding the sludge and dirt to be discharged. Section 2, which contains the rinse water, is usually the driver's cab of the motor vehicle 2
AT 403 712 B benachbart. The suction hose led out of this at the top of the section 3 and its boom arranged here are not shown. To the side of the front section of the container 1, with a horizontal axis lying at right angles to the longitudinal center axis of the container 1, a drivable reel 4 is mounted, the diameter of which corresponds approximately to the diameter of the section 2 of the container 1. The flushing hose 5 is wound on this reel 4, in several layers one above the other. This flushing hose 5 can be up to 200 m long and has an outer diameter of approximately 0.5 " to 1.5 ".
On the rear end face 6 of section 3, which is designed as a cover which can be closed by container 1, a second reel 7 is now provided with a horizontal axis lying. This reel 7 is supported by a frame 8 which is pivotable about a vertical axis 9. The width C of this second reel 7 is dimensioned so that two hose turns have space next to one another. This reel 7 can also be driven by means of a hydraulic motor 10. The diameter of this reel 7 is 90 cm, for example, which is many times larger than the diameter of the flushing hose 5. On the top of the frame 8, two guide rollers 11 are freely rotatable about vertical axes. Furthermore, two levers 12 are pivotally mounted on this frame 8 against the force of tension springs 13 about axes lying parallel to the axis of the reel 7, which bear at their free ends pressure rollers 14 which abut the flushing hose 5, which is wrapped around the reel 7 in one layer , where the wrap angle is about 430 " is. On the frame 8, a tubular sleeve 15 is also pivotally mounted, specifically in the plane of the reel 7, and the run of the flushing hose 5 running out of the reel 7 is guided through this tubular sleeve 15. For reasons of clarity, the last-discussed components (lever 12, spring 13 and pressure roller 14) are only shown in FIG. 2, but not in FIGS. 1 and 3.
A guide 16 for the flushing hose 5 is arranged on the container 1 near the reel 7 with a single layer and its inlet area, which here consists of four rollers 17 and 18 which can be freely rotated about vertical axes. The axes of these rollers 17 and 18 are arranged on the corner points of an imaginary trapezoid, the rollers 18 facing the first reel 4 with the smaller center distance. The distance L of these rollers 18 of the guide 16 from the horizontal axis of rotation of the first reel 4 is as large as possible, it is approximately 3/4 of the length of the container 1.
Both reels 4 and 7 can be driven by hydraulic motors. In the feed line, not shown, for the hydraulic motor 10 of the second reel 7, a pressure control valve is provided, via which this hydraulic motor 10 is supplied with constant hydraulic pressure regardless of its respective speed, so that this single-layer reel 7 rotates with a constant torque during operational use .
Das ablaufende Trum des Spülschlauches 5 durchsetzt die Rohrhülse 15.The flushing hose 5 connected to the section 2 of the container 1 is wound up in several layers on the reel 4. Its running run extends essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the container 1 and is received between the freely rotatable rollers 17 and 18 of the guide 16 and from there guided by the freely rotatable guide rollers 11 on the frame 8 to the second reel 7. The flushing hose 5 is guided around this reel 7 in its entirety, the surrounding turns of the flushing hose being pressed against the reel 7 by the pressure rollers 14. The running run of the flushing hose 5 passes through the tubular sleeve 15.
In operational use, the two reels 4 and 7 are driven to pull out and extend the flushing hose 5, the reel 7, thanks to the large wrap angle, pulling the flushing hose 5 without any particular deformation from the reel 4 serving the storage, which drives this unwinding process of the flushing hose 5 supports. If the rinsing hose 5 is drawn in again after the cleaning work has been completed, only the reel 4 is driven, the second reel 7 then runs along empty. Because of the relatively large distance between the first reel 4 and the guide 16, the rinsing hose 5 to be obtained is placed turn by turn and layer by layer on the reel 4 without requiring any special mechanical guidance.
It is within the scope of the invention to arrange this reel on the top of the container 1 with a standing vertical axis of rotation. Outside of operational use, the second reel 7 lies directly in front of the rear end face 6 of the container 1, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3. It is within the scope of the invention to store this second reel 7 in the rear area to the side of the container. It is essential for the invention that the two reels 4 and 7 are at a relatively large distance from one another, so that when the flushing hose 5 is fetched, this turn by turn and position by position can be placed on the reel 4 without it being mechanical and controlled guidance and furthermore that the running run of the flushing hose 5 is guided with a sufficiently large frictional engagement over a second reel 7, so that the necessary tensile force can be applied to the flushing hose 5 via this frictional engagement without this 3rd
