Wenn aber das Mehl, so wie es in der Praxis und speziell in der Bäckerei meist geschieht, übervoll in das Sieb eingeschüttet wird, knäult es sich besonders bei glatten Mehlsorten fest, so dass ein rasches Sieben ohne   Rüttelstösse   kaum durchführbar ist
Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Siebvorrichtung mit geradliniger Bewegung im aufrechten Mittelschnitt ; Fig. 2 ist der zugehörige Grundriss ; Fig. 3 zeigt ein   Ausführungsbeispiel   der Siebvorrichtung mit Pendelbewegung im Aufrisse und Fig. 4 stellt dieselbe im Grundrisse dar. 



   Nach Fig 1 und 2 ist das   gewöhnliche   Handsieb a in einem viereckigen Rahmen eingesetzt, der in bekannter Art mit Rollen c versehen ist, aber mit diesen auf Schienen d eines Tragrahmens f läuft, welcher auf einem Mehltrog oder dgl. aufgesetzt wird oder Füsse besitzt, so dass er über einem das gesiebte Gut aufnehmenden Gefässe aufgestellt werden kann. Der Rahmen b besitzt an den Seiten oder an den Stirnflächen Handgriffe g, mittels deren er auf den Rollen o laufend,
