  Stofffänger zur Wiedergewinnung des Stoffes im Abwasser der Papierfabriken. 



    Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stofffänger, welcher die Ausscheidung, resp. Wiedergewinnung der im Abwasser der Papiermaschine e altenen Stoff teilchen ermöglicht. 



  Auf der Zeichnung ist in Figur 1 bis 5 ein solcher Stofffänger dargestellt und wie folgt eingerichtet : Unter dem endlosen Filz a ist ein Rahmen b drehbar um Bolzen c gelagert und mittels des Schlagrädchens d auf und abwärts beweglich angeordnet. Der Rahmen b ist in seiner Länge von in gleichen Abständen angebrachten Querleisten e unterbrochen (Fig. 1 bis 4). Über den Filz a befindet sich ein durch Querhölzer f versteifter Boden g, welcher mittelst Schrauben und Flacheisen h in den Schlitzen i der Flacheisen k verstellt werden kann. Letztere sind mit der Stuhlung des Stofffiuigcrs fest verschraubt (Fig. l bis 4). 



  Zur seitlichen Abdichtung des auslaufenden Stoffes dienen Längsleisten l mit aufgeschraubten Deckelriemen m. Erstere sind an dem beweglichen Rahmen b durch Flacheisen n befestigt. 



  Die Wirkungsweise des beschriebenen Stoffängers erklärt sich wie folgt : Das aufgefangene Abwasser läuft von einer Sammelrinne o (Fig. 1 und 2) auf den Filz a und gelangt zwischen den Rahmen b und den Boden g. Die Entwässerung wird dadurch hervorgerufen, dass der Filz a infolge der Auf-und Abwärtsbewegung des Rahmens & von den Leisten e abwechselnd an den Boden f angeschlagen wird, wodurch der Stoff gleichsam aufgegautscht wird. Das Wasser kann durch die von der Schüttelung frei gewordenen Maschen des Filzes a zwischen den Leisten e abfliessen und in einer Rinne aufgefangen werden. 



  Der Stoff wird von dem Filz a, einer Walze p und einer Presse q zugeführt, ausgepresst, abgeschabt und In einem Behälter aufgefangen. 



  Zur gründlichen Reinigung des Filzes dienen Schläger r, Spritzrohre s und Filzwäsche t.

    The present invention relates to a substance catcher, which the excretion, respectively. Recovery of old stock particles in the wastewater of the paper machine is possible.



  In the drawing, such a fabric catcher is shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 and is set up as follows: Under the endless felt a, a frame b is rotatably mounted about bolts c and arranged to be movable up and down by means of the impact wheel d. The frame b is interrupted in its length by equally spaced transverse strips e (Fig. 1 to 4). Above the felt a there is a base g stiffened by crossbars f, which can be adjusted by means of screws and flat iron h in the slots i of the flat iron k. The latter are firmly screwed to the frame of the fabric (Fig. 1 to 4).



  Longitudinal strips l with screwed-on lid straps m serve to seal the leaking material on the side. The former are attached to the movable frame b by flat bars n.



  The mode of operation of the cloth catcher described is explained as follows: The collected waste water runs from a collecting channel o (Fig. 1 and 2) onto the felt a and gets between the frame b and the floor g. The dewatering is caused by the fact that the felt a is alternately hit against the floor f as a result of the upward and downward movement of the frame & by the strips e, whereby the fabric is, as it were, puffed up. The water can flow off through the meshes of the felt a between the strips e that have been freed from the shaking and be collected in a channel.



  The fabric is fed from the felt a, a roller p and a press q, pressed out, scraped off and collected in a container.



  Clubs r, spray pipes s and felt laundry t are used to thoroughly clean the felt.
