Es ist bereits bekannt (DE-AS 1 188 794 und DE-AS 1 196 853), eine Spritzgießform im Teilungsbereich entsprechend abzudichten, um in ihr anschließend ein Vakuum zu erzeugen. Dies geschieht in der Regel in der Weise, daß Gummimanschetten angeordnet sind, die sich beim Schließen der Form dichtend gegeneinander legen. Ferner ist es bekannt (DE-AS 1 248 276), dem statischen Einspritzdruck durch Vibrieren einen hochfrequenten Wechseldruck zu überlagern. Diese Maßnahmen reichen aber nicht aus, großvolumige Spritzgießformen voll auszufüllen. Schließlich sind ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung dichter Formkörper aus plastischen Massen durch Vibration bekannt (DE-OS 2 350 286). Hiebei wird die in einem Formkasten befindliche Masse durch einen Vibrator in Vertikalschwingungen versetzt und durch ein auf die Masse aufliegendes schweres Deckgewicht ein Gegenimpuls in horizontaler Richtung erzeugt. Diese an sich bekannten Stopfen lassen lediglich Luft hindurch, nicht aber fließfähigen Kunststoff. Dadurch ist es möglich, den Innenraum (5) einer Form (6) mittels einer angeschlossenen Vakuumpumpe (7) laufend zu evakuieren. Die auf der Formenplatte (1) befestigte Form (6) ist allseitig geschlossen und wird über die Bohrungen (4), die im Boden der Form (6) angeordnet sind, über die Formenträger (1) entlüftet. Die über die Form (6) vorgesehene Trägerplatte (8) trägt mindestens einen Massezylinder (9), der durch mindestens eine Zuleitung (10) mit aufgeschmolzener Recycling-Masse (11) gefüllt wird. Entsprechend der Anzahl der Massezylinder (9) sind oberhalb derselben Kolben (12) angeordnet, welche bei Betätigung die aufgeschmolzene Recycling-Masse (11) durch die in der Form (6) vorgesehenen Öffnungen (13) entleeren.
