Bruchband für Pferde.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Bruchband hauptsächlich für Pferde, bei welchem die Pelotte von einer Bauchgurte getragen wird, die einerseits mittels längs des Bauches des Tieres verlaufender Bänder an einer Brustgurte, andererseits an dem Schweifriemen befestigt wird, um ein Verschieben des Bruchbandes wirksam zu verhindern.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solches Bruchband in einer beispielsweisen Ausuhrungsform schaubildlich dargestellt.
Die Pelotte 1 ist an einer Gurte 2 befestigt, die mittels Schnalle und Riemen dem Körperumfang des Tieres angepasst werden kann. Beiderseits der Pelotte ist je ein Riemen, Band oder dgl. 3 an der Bauchgurte 2 angebracht, mit welchen letztere an einer Brustgurte 4 angeschlossen wird, während die Gurte 2 oben an dem bekannten Schweifriemen 5 befestigt ist. Auf diese Weise wird ein Verschieben des angelegten Bruchbandes wirksam verhindert.
Das Bruchband wird wie folgt angewendet. Zunächst wird auf die Bruchstelle ein mit Harz oder dgl. bestrichener Leinenfleck aufgelegt und die Pelotte in die richtige Lage gebracht und mittelst der Bauchgurte festgelegt ; dann wird die Brustgurte angeschnallt,

The subject of the present invention is a truss band mainly for horses, in which the pad is carried by a waist strap which is attached to a chest strap by means of straps running along the animal's belly and to the tail strap in order to effectively prevent the truss strap from shifting.

The pad 1 is attached to a belt 2, which can be adapted to the body size of the animal by means of a buckle and straps.
