Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gerät zur Entfernung von Fremdkörpern aus dem Auge. Mit
Hilfe des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes soll es vor allem ermöglicht werden, unter ausreichender
Selbstkontrolle bzw. Selbstbeobachtung des zu behandelnden Auges, den Fremdkörper zielsicher zu entfernen, um somit die Gefahr einer Verletzung, die sonst bei derartigen Manipulationen - bei- spielsweise mittels einer Pinzette ohne weitere Hilfsmittel - verursacht werden kann, weitestgehend zu vermeiden.
Zur Erzielung dieses Effektes ist das Gerät erfindungsgemäss dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Form eines U-förmig gestalteten zweiteiligen Sehrohres mit einem bildseitigen und einem objektseitigen Rohrschenkel ausgebildet ist, wobei in jedem Schenkel sowohl eine Sammellinse wie auch ein unter 45 geneigter Umlenkspiegel zur zweimaligen Knickung des Strahlenganges vorgesehen sind und weiters in dem objektseitigen Rohrschenkel eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung und eine durch die Rohrwandung in das Rohrinnere und bis zur Rohröffnung ragende Pinzette vorgesehen sind, die mit Hilfe ihres aus der Rohrwandung ragenden Manipulatorteiles frei verschwenkt und auch quer zur Schenkelrohr-Längsachse verschoben werden kann und dass weiters sowohl am Ende des bildseitigen und des objektseitigen Rohrschenkels eine aus Weichgummi gefertigte Augenmuschel befestigt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemässen Gerätes wird im folgenden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Die Fig. l und 2 zeigen dabei die Vorder- bzw. Rückansicht des Gerätes ; die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt entlang der Linie A-B in den Fig. l und 2 ; die Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen Schnitte entlang der Linie C-D bzw. der gebrochenen Linie E-F der Fig. 1.
Gemäss der Fig. l bis 5 setzt sich das U-förmig zusammengesetzte Gerät aus zwei L-förmigen Rohrabschnitten zusammen, die teleskopartig miteinander verbunden sind und zumindest um 180 gegeneinander verdreht werden können und die weiters an ihren freien Enden jeweils einen bildseitigen bzw. objektseitigen Rohrschenkel --1, 1'-- tragen, welche jeweils eine Sammellinse - 2, 2'-und einen Umlenkspiegel --3, 3'-- beinhalten, um den Strahlengang zweimal zu knicken.
Weiters ist im objektseitigen Rohrschenkel --1'-- in einem erweiterten Teil ein Batteriegehäuse mit Massekontakt --12--, Deckel --7-- und einer Batterie (3 bis 6 V) --10-- vorgesehen, die über ein Schaltelement --11-- eine Glühlampe --9-- versorgt. Das Licht der Glühlampe - fällt dabei in Richtung der Öffnung des objektseitigen Rohrschenkels --1'--.
Durch die Rohrwandung des objektseitigen Rohrschenkels --1'-- ist eine frei verschwenkbare (Pfeilrichtung Y und Z in Fig. l und 3) und quer zur Längsachse des objektseitigen Rohrschen- kels --1'-- verschiebbare Pinzette mit Manipulatorteil --5-- angebracht, wobei der Pinzettenteil --4-- über eine Augenmuschel --6'-- des objektseitigen Rohrschenkels-l-herausragt. Fall I - Selbstversorgung :
Nach erfolgtem Verstellen und Fixieren des Gerätes vor den Augen liegt der objektseitige Rohrschenkel au dem zu behandelnden Auge an. Danach wird das Gerät durch das Einschalten der Beleuchtungseinrichtung --9, 10,11, 12-- in Betrieb genommen. Durch die Ausleuchtung des zu behandelnden Auges kann dieses und der daraus zu entfernende Gegenstand über die Sammellinse --2'-- und Planspiegel --3'-- im Planspiegel --3-- durch die Sammellinse --2-wesentlich vergrössert erkannt werden, um die gezielte Manipulation der Pinzette --4, 5-- zu erleichtern.
Der zu entfernende Gegenstand kann sodann durch die Pinzette --4, 5-- ergriffen, zusammen mit der Pinzette --4, 5-- vom Auge weggeschwenkt (Pfeilrichtung z ; Fig. 3) und somit unter
