Mount for a photographic or cinematographic lens
The invention relates to a mount for a photographic or cinematographic lens with front lens distance setting and a system for changing the focal length of the basic lens, which can be connected upstream of this, whereby the upstream connection automatically sets the base lens to a certain shooting distance - preferably to "infinity".
The frame according to the present invention is characterized in that the frame of the front lens for setting the shooting distance (= focusing) on the basic lens is coupled to the handle for setting the distance and the connection lock of the attachment via an adjusting lever.
After the system is in place, the distance (or focal length) for the entire lens is set using a scale on the attachment.
The main advantage of the socket according to the invention compared to known sockets of this type is that the camera-side operating handle for connecting the system to be placed in front of it also provides the distance setting when the system is not in place.
The drawing schematically illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, FIG. 1 showing a side view with partial section, FIG. 2 showing a rear view with partial section.
1 denotes the mount of the basic objective with the lenses a, b and c, of which the front lens a with its mount 2 is moved axially in a thread 3 in a known manner for the purpose of adjusting the distance. 4 denotes the aperture of the lens, which is adjusted by a pin 5 or the like. An adjusting lever 6 is connected to the front lens mount 2 by screws 7.
Furthermore, 8 denotes a camera-fixed mount part to which the lens mount 1 is fastened by screws 9 and which serves as a carrier for a rotatable bayonet ring 12 to which the operating handle 10 with index 10a is connected by means of a screw 11. The screw 11 is connected to the adjusting lever 6 in a non-positive or positive manner by an extension pin 11a.
The attachment 14, which can be switched in front of the basic objective 1 and changes the focal length thereof, carries in a manner known per se an adjusting ring 15, the scale 15a of which is adjustable with respect to an index 16. The attachment 14 - which can optionally be one for a variable focal length change - is carried out by inserting its bayonet 13 into the bayonet ring 12, the locking being effected by rotating it by means of the handle 10 from its one end position to the opposite position, which is delimited on both sides by the pin 11a guided within the opening 17 in the socket body 8.
At the same time, by means of the adjusting lever 6, for which a recess 18 is provided in the lens mount, the front lens mount 2 is adjusted so that the lens la, b, c point to the
EMI1.1
the scale 15a on the setting ring 15.
After the attachment 14 has been unlocked and removed, the distance adjustment of the base lens 1 takes place by means of the locking handle 10 opposite the setting scale 8a on the mount 8 (FIG. 2), the front lens of the lens again experiencing axial movement.
The device shown can experience structural changes without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, for example, the attachment 14 can be connected and the locking can be carried out directly by rotating the attachment itself, eliminating the operating handle 10.
