Um beispielsweise die Abwärme ölgekühlter Maschinen zur Aufbereitung von Brauchwarmwasser ausnutzen zu können und dabei den geforderten Schutzbedingungen zu genügen, ist für das aufzuwärmende Brauchwasser ein Speicherbehälter --1-- mit einer Wasserzuleitung --2-- und einer Wasserableitung --3-- sowie den üblichen Sicherheit-un Kontrolleinrichtungen, wie Überdruckventil --4--, Thermometer --5-- und Manometer --6--, vorgesehen, der eine Doppelmantel-

und wird daher von dem die Kühlwärme abführenden Öl durchströmt.
Da vorschriftsmässig Öl und Brauchwasser nicht unmittelbar Wand an Wand nebeneinander fliessen dürfen, um bei eventuellen Leckstellen eine Verschmutzung des Trinkwassers durch das Öl zu verhindern, ist der äussere Rohrstrang --10-- der Doppelmantel-Rohrschlange --7-- mit einer unschädlichen Trennflüssigkeit, beispielsweise ebenfalls Wasser, gefüllt und zur Anzeige einer Schadstelle mit einem Druckanzeiger --11-- verbunden. Dieser Druckanzeiger --11-- kann neben einem Manometer --lla-- einen Druckschalter --l1b-- umfassen, der bei einem leckstellenbedingten Überschreiten des gegenüber den Drücken des Öls im inneren Rohrstrang --8-- und des Trinkwassers im Behälter-l-niedri- geren Normaldruckes innerhalb des äusseren Rohrstranges --10-- sofort die Ölzufuhr schliesst und/ oder ein Warnsignal aktiviert.
Ein Ausgleichsbehälter --12-- erlaubt den Ausgleich von temperaturbedingten Druck- und Volumsschwankungen der Trennflüssigkeit und eine Entleerungsleitung - lässt ein einfaches Befüllen und Entleeren des äusseren Rohrstranges --10-- zu.
Auf Grund dieser Doppelmantel-Rohrschlange --7-- kann Brauchwasser direkt innerhalb des Speicherbehälters-l-durch die Abwärme von Öl od. dgl. aufgewärmt werden, welches durch den inneren Rohrstrang --8-- fliessende Öl als warmes Primärmedium seine Überschusswärme an das aufzuwärmende Wasser im Speicherbehälter-l-als Sekundärmedium unter Zwischenschaltung des als Tertiärmedium dienenden Wassers innerhalb des äusseren Rohrstranges --10-- überträgt.
Das Tertiärmedium erfüllt dabei die notwendige Aufgabe der Wärmeübertragung und gewährleistet darüber hinaus über den Druckanzeiger --11-- die sichere Anzeige von Schadstellen beim Aufbereiten des Brauchwassers.
Um einen unerwünschten Öldurchfluss durch die Doppelmantel-Rohrschlange --7--, beispielsweise bei noch zu kaltem Kühlöl, zu vermeiden, ist ausserhalb des Speicherbehälters-l-eine über ein Thermostatventil --14-- gesteuerte Kurzschlussleitung --15-- für den Ölkreislauf --9-- vorgesehen, die den Weg durch die Doppelmantel-Rohrschlange --7-- erst ab einer gewissen Öl- mindesttemperatur freigibt.
Zur Vermeidung äusserer Wärmeverluste ist der Speicherbehälter --1-- samt den zugehörigen Installationen in einem gut isolierten Gehäuse --16-- untergebracht, so dass insgesamt auch eine kompakte, leicht aufzustellende Baueinheit entsteht.
