The size of the concrete body can be arbitrary and is primarily dependent on the payload and also on the size and shape of the space to be covered. For quick and easy installation, it is recommended that the body is no longer than 1.50 m and not wider to be dimensioned as 0. 50 m.
Each concrete body is made in one cast and completely closed on all sides like a solid concrete body; the hollow body is therefore stable and is not just used for cladding, respectively. as a false ceiling. However, the embedding of wooden formwork is essential in order to achieve particularly good soundproofing and insulation against the effects of heat and weather. In order to avoid the damaging effect of the wooden shells on the reinforced concrete casing, the shells are placed in water for about 6 hours before they are put into the concrete body, so that after the shells have been laid in the body, further expansion, respectively.
Swelling is almost impossible; Furthermore, the bowls are surrounded with a 2 mm thick layer of lime, on the one hand to create a further insulating layer and on the other hand to gain a layer that renders any work that may still occur on the wood harmless. When the wooden bodies shrink, the limestone layer only creates more
