    Zu Beginn des Destillationsprozesses wird nur der obere VorwärmeT geheizt. Die Erwärmung der Flüssigkeit würde infolgedessen im oberen und unteren Vorwärmer, in welch letzterem die     Rückstände   erst nach Beendigung des einen Destillationsprozesses eingeleitet werden können, eine ungleichmässige sein. Durch die Wirkung des Pumpwerkes, welches beständig Flüssigkeit, aus dem unteren Behälter in den oberen überführt, wird aber eine derart wirksame Zirkulation erzielt, dass die Flüssigkeit in allen Teilen des gemeinschaftlichen Raumes die gleiche Temperatur besitzt. Gleichzeitig werden auf diese Weise durch eine beständige Bewegung der Flüssigkeit und infolgedessen ein Erhitzen derselben über den Siedepunkt bzw. eine Verzögerung der Dampfbildung, also Siedeverzüge hintangehalten.

   Da der Übertritt der Flüssigkeit aus dem einen Vorwärmer in den anderen durch die Anordnung des mit kleinen Öffnungen versehenen Rohres   10,   an dessen Stelle auch Düsen oder dgl. treten können, nur tropfenweise erfolgen kann, so wird auch jeder einzelne Tropfen für sich erwärmt, so dass das in demselben enthaltene Wasser bzw. der in demselben enthaltene Wassertropfen, welcher infolge des spezifischen Gewichtes allseits von Olteilchen umgeben ist, allmählich verdampfen kann, wodurch auch eine Trennung des verdampfenden Wassers vom Öle bewirkt wird.
