The invention relates to a profile for frames of windows, doors and. Like. Consisting of at least two profile parts united by folded connections to form a hollow profile, wherein in the area of the folded connections, which are preferably in the area of profile projections, for. B. for stops or to mount discs or fillings, the interlocking edge strips of the profile parts are separated from each other by an insulating insert and one edge strip has a longitudinal anchoring edge and the other has a longitudinal, the anchoring edge engaging behind the flange.
Such profiles are already known and are described, for example, in AT-PS No. 265602 of the patentee, the two profile parts being formed from sheet metal. Although these metal profiles were able to meet the requirements placed on them by and large, they still have some disadvantages which the invention is intended to remedy.
For example, bending the sheet metal to form sheet metal profiles creates certain difficulties, as only imprecise edges and uneven surfaces are created. Another disadvantage is that only profiles with simple cross-sections can be bent from sheet metal, which makes it more difficult to attach window panes and seals, for example.
From DE-OS 2301051 a method for producing a hollow profile from a sheet metal strip and an extruded profile part has become known, according to which the edge strips for the sheet metal strip are folded around protruding webs of the extruded profile part, an insulating intermediate layer being incorporated.
With all known profiles of this type, however, there is the risk that the rebate connection will be loosened by external influences and that the profile parts will shift towards one another in the longitudinal direction. This can happen especially in the case of frames of larger windows or doors due to their weight during transport and assembly, as well as when the window or door is operated, if the two profile parts are subjected to unequal stresses due to the use of the frame on flat edge strips.
It is therefore the object of the invention to create profiles of the type mentioned at the beginning in which the disadvantages described above are avoided and an improved adhesion of the edge strips of the profile parts to one another is achieved.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the profile part having the anchoring edges consists of an extruded profile in a manner known per se, the anchoring edge of each edge strip being bent out of the plane of the edge strip alternately in two directions in the longitudinal direction.
The profile parts produced in the extrusion process together with the profile parts formed from sheet metal form a frame profile, which both the advantages of the extruded profile, such. B. the use of profile shapes with a more complicated cross-section, taking into account grooves, channels, channels, etc. and the advantages of the rabbet connection with inserted insulating material combined, as well as having a particularly stable anchoring, also secured against longitudinal displacement, through the inventive design of the anchoring edges .
According to the invention, various configurations of the anchoring edge are possible. One embodiment is characterized, for example, in that the anchoring edge is designed in the form of set teeth, whereby a displacement of the profile parts perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is also prevented at the same time.
Another possibility is that the anchoring edge is bent out of the plane of the edge strip in a wave shape in the longitudinal direction. With this design, sharp edges on the anchoring edge and thus damage to the insulating insert during the hemming process are avoided.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a section through a profile according to the invention, and Figs. 2 to 4 show various inventive designs of the edge strip of the extruded profile part.
The profile --1-- consists in the exemplary embodiment of two profile parts --2 and 3--, of which the profile part --2-- is produced in the extrusion process, and consequently different grooves --11-- and channels --10- - can have. The profile part --3-- is formed from sheet metal and folds over the edge strips - 4 - of the profile part - 2 - in a known manner. Between the profile parts --2 and 3-- there is an insulating insert --5-- which prevents the formation of cold bridges. The long edge of each

Edge strip --4-- of the profile part --2-- is designed as an anchoring edge - 6, 8, 9--, which is bent in the longitudinal direction alternately in two directions out of the plane of the edge strip and through a flange --7-- the profile part formed from sheet metal is engaged from behind.
This configuration prevents the two profile parts - 2 and 3 - from being displaced in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the anchoring edge - 6, 8 - can be curved in a wave shape or, according to FIG. 4, in the form of set teeth - 9 '.
For the lock perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the anchoring edge can be thickened according to FIG. 2 and designed as a V-shaped part --8 '- according to FIG. 3.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, this is also achieved by the offset of the teeth --9 '-.
The extruded profile --2-- is preferably made of an Al-Mg-Si alloy. But it is also conceivable to produce the extruded profile from suitable plastic.
