   Aus dem Vorstehenden folgt, dass nach Art des Gussverfahrens und durch die Wahl der Pressdruckstelle die die Auflagerteile und Stosskanten des Ziegels bildenden Partien in einem keine Dickenschwankungen zulassenden Teil der Gussform gepresst werden. Dickenschwankungen ergeben sich daher nur in jenen zentralen Ziegelpartien   (6, 7, 8,   9, Fig. 2), die auf den Ziegelverband keinen Einfluss haben. 



   Fig. 5, welche eine mit den bisher üblichen Glasziegeln ausgeführte Bedachung darstellt, zeigt, dass die oberen   Ziegelnächen   der innerhalb einer Ziegelreihe liegenden Ziegel in verschiedenen Ebenen a-b,   c-d,     e-/liegen,   während die nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren hergestellten Ziegel eine Bedachung ergeben, bei welcher die oberen   Ziegelfiächen   jeder Reihe in einer Ebene   g-h,   h-i, i-i liegen (Fig. 6).

   It follows from the above that, depending on the type of casting process and the choice of the pressing pressure point, the parts forming the support parts and abutting edges of the brick are pressed in a part of the casting mold that does not allow any thickness fluctuations. Thickness fluctuations therefore only arise in those central brick sections (6, 7, 8, 9, Fig. 2) that have no influence on the brick bond.



   5, which shows a roof made with the hitherto customary glass tiles, shows that the upper tile surfaces of the tiles lying within a row of tiles lie in different planes ab, cd, e- /, while the tiles produced by the present method result in a roof , in which the upper brick surfaces of each row lie in a plane gh, hi, ii (Fig. 6).

PATENT. CLAIM : Method for pressing glass interlocking bricks, characterized in that the middle Sections of the brick are formed by the press die, the supports and abutment edges, on the other hand, from rigid parts of the press mold, in order to avoid fluctuations in the wall thickness of the supports and abutment edges.
