Versuche haben ergeben, dass eine durch Faltung einer Kunststoffolie von passender Dicke und aus geeignetem Material, z. B. 0, 12 mm PVC-Mischpolymerisat erhaltene Einstecktasche auf Grund ihrer elektrostatischen Eigenschaften im Stande ist, sich an einer eingelegten Briefmarke so festzusaugen, dass diese allein hiedurch sicher festgehalten wird. Eine absolute Bedingung für'die Erzielung dieser Wirkung besteht aber darin, dass die zwei Folienschichten über deren ganze Fläche ganz dicht ohne Luftspalt aneinander liegen.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Gerät zur Herstellung solcher Einstecktaschen aus zwei Schichten thermoplastischer Kunststoffolie durch Faltung eines Folienstückes. Das Gerät besitzt in bekannter Weise zwei stationäre, um parallele Achsen drehbar gelagerte Rollen, von denen mindestens eine geheizt ist, wobei das Neue darin besteht, dass die Umfangsfläche der geheizten Rolle schwach konisch, die andere dagegen zylindrisch ausgebildet ist. Bei Anwendung dieses Gerätes verbleibt überhaupt kein Luftspalt an der Faltkante und können somit Einstecktaschen mit hervorragendem Festhaltevermögen in einfacher und billigster Weise hergestellt werden. Das Festhaltevermögen ist so gut, dass es möglich ist, die Einstecktaschen frei schwenkbar aufzukleben, so dass beide Seiten der Briefmarke wahlweise beobachtet werden können.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend unter Hinweis auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert, die schematisch eine Seitenansicht eines Gerätes gemäss der Erfindung darstellt.
Eine schwach konische, geheizte Metal1rolle --1-- ist fest auf einer angetriebenen Welle-2-angeordnet. Eine darunter liegende Rolle-3-aus wärmeisolierendem Fibermaterial ist auf einer Welle - frei drehbar gelagert.
Ein Folienstreifen-5--, z. B. eine 0, 12 mm starke PVC-Mischpolymerisat-Folie, erhält beim Durchgang zwischen den beiden Rollen--1 und 3-eine scharfe Falte-6-, da das Material durch die Wärmezufuhr teilweise verschmolzen oder jedenfalls erweicht wird. Dadurch kommen die beiden Folienschichten so dicht aneinander zu liegen, dass sie sich gegenseitig oder bzw. und eine eingelegte Briefmarke ansaugen, wenn ein Folienmaterial mit entsprechenden elektrostatischen Eigenschaften ausgewählt wurde.
Die geheizte Rolle weist z. B. eine Temperatur in der Grössenordnung von 1200C auf, falls mit einer Folie von 0, 12 mm Dicke und mit passender Vorschubgeschwindigkeit gearbeitet wird. Die Folie kann aus PVC-Mischpolymerisat bestehen, wobei die gewünschten elektrostatischen Eigenschaften erreicht werden.

The subject matter of the invention is a device for producing such pockets from two layers of thermoplastic plastic film by folding a piece of film. The device has in a known manner two stationary rollers rotatably mounted about parallel axes, of which at least one is heated, the novelty being that the peripheral surface of the heated roller is slightly conical, while the other is cylindrical. When using this device, there is absolutely no air gap left on the folding edge and thus insert pockets with excellent retention properties can be produced in a simple and inexpensive manner. The retention is so good that it is possible to glue the insert pockets so that they can be swiveled freely so that both sides of the stamp can be observed as desired.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, which schematically shows a side view of a device according to the invention.
A slightly conical, heated metal roller --1-- is fixed on a driven shaft-2-. An underlying roll-3-made of heat-insulating fiber material is mounted on a shaft so that it can rotate freely.
