Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen aus Fenster und Schieber gebildeten Schauloch- vorschluss für Backöfen und besteht darin, dass der vor das aufklappbare Fenster zu schiebende Schieber mit einer Feder versehen ist, mittels welcher er in vorgeschobener Stellung das Fenster fest an dessen Rahmen anpresst und so einen dichten Verschluss sichert..
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht den Erfindungsgegenstand in der Fig. 1 in Ansicht und in Fig. 2 im Schnitt.
Oberhalb des Mundloches d des Backofens ist ein durch eine Querleiste b in zwei Felder 6 und f geteilter Rahmen a derart angebracht, dass das eine Feld e desselben auf die Mauerung und das andere f vor die Öffnung c zu liegen kommt. In Nuten h des Rahmens ist ein Schieber g über beide Felder e und f verschiebbar angeordnet, von denen letzteres durch ein um den Scharnierbolzen k aufklappbares Fenster i verschliessbar ist.
Der Schieber g ist mit einer Feder I versehen, mittels welcher er in vorgeschobener Stellung das Fenster fast an dessen Rahmen, anpresst, so dass ein dichter Verschluss erzielt wird.
Soll das Fenster i geöffnet oder aber gar entfernt worden, so wird die Schauöffnung e durch den vorgeschobenen Schieber 9 verschlossen.
